The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure my experience was top of the line. Everyone represented Audi well and made sure to enhance the feeling and luxury of not only the vehicle, but the brand. Everything from the presentation to my treatment was in a grand scale. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I would return for another future purchase hair because of these guys!!!

I love the acceleration and easy handling. Its fun to zip around, even through traffic. And its small enough to make finding a parking space easy.
McKenna Audi has been my 'service' dealer from way before I owned my current A3. Due to honest
service reps such as David Salzie, I keep coming back. I commute 500 miles per work week. I truly need to feel my Audi will deliver me to work & back every day and not leave me stranded on the side of the freeway. David Salzie insures that and provides the confidence I require each and every time
my car is serviced by recommending procedures my Audi will need in the future. I am more than happy with all services I receive from McKenna Audi as result.

I have had several vehicals in all difierent classes. Range Rover, Exploerer, GTI, and a few A4s. I love the 2.0 turbo and I for sure added some things to make it "mine". Wouldn't trade it for the world.

The 2016 Audi A4 was in good condition and drove beautifully. There were no visible dents or scratches on the car. While test driving the car there seemed to be no unwanted noises coming from the engine. Overall it was a very good car.
This is our 5th STG vehicle purchase for my family over the last handful of years. We love the variety, quality and value of STG’s vehicles.

This is a beautiful car. It is my most favorite car I have owned far. It is a comfortable ride and holds a presence on the road. It is reliable and safe. I would stick to Audi’s in the future as well!!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, firstname.lastname@example.org late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!

The car is so sleek in and out, but just the drive alone is the smoothest vehicle I’ve ever driven! It’s comfortable, has all the gadgets I need, good on gas and just an all around beauty.
We just bought an Audi Q3 from Audi downtown LA. Our salesman Taylor Ngo and his supervisor Kit Chieng were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This was by far the most pleasant experience we have had a car dealership. I would definitely go back and recommend Audi Downtown LA!

I test drove the A4 a Mercedez Benz C class and a BMW iSeries. And the Audi was a cut above the rest. While each vehicle had its pros and cons the Audi A4 stands out as a total value thrill ride. A cut above the competition.
Freddy really keeps you in the loop without you having to do the leg work to find out the status of your vehicle.

Sporty, stylish, comfortable and great performance. Drives well in aggressive as well as leisurely situations. Great value and excellent performance. This is the 3rd A4 that I've owned and I've loved every one
It was an absolute pleasure working with Mesfin Haile of Audi of Downtown L.A.. The process was hassle free and Mesfin was very easy to work with. I especially appreciated the very straight forward approach and negotiation via email. When I arrived the car was ready and it was minutes before I drove away with my Prius. I would highly recommend anyone to reach out to Mr. Haile for a pleasant shopping experience.
After months of researching luxury mid-sized SUV's, I'd finally settled on the Q7. Once I figured out the packages and options I wanted, I reached out to four Audi dealers in SoCal online.
Zorik Garibyan (email@example.com is his direct email for anyone interested in getting an Audi) was the first to respond, and he gave me his best quote right out of the gate. Nobody could touch it, or even come close. I asked him to run several different scenarios for me (all via text) and he did. He was gracious, patient and prompt.
An hour later, we drove down and met him in person; the car had been washed and was waiting for us out front. Susana Zhang, who is an absolute doll, gave us a thorough orientation of the entire car (she knew that car inside and out), and Ricky Orozco was the finance manager who handled all of the paperwork. He was so personable, efficient and bada bing, we were done in 45 minutes!
Zorik delivered exactly what he'd promised and quoted me - the only surprise was how wonderful the whole team was to work with. They've already followed up, asking me if I have any questions or need anything at all.
This place is a class act and I took notes on how they roll out the red carpet to implement in my own business!
