This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.

Prior to going to Valenti, I had dealings with several other VW dealerships. The staff at Valenti was, by far, the best! They went out of their way to find the car I wanted and were extremely helpful, courteous and fun. I couldn't have been any happier!

Calling in to speak with anyone in the service department is nearly impossible. I called several times and left messages, and never got a call or email returned. Also. I know that accidents can happen sometimes, but because the service person broke something while rotating my tires, they had to keep my car for an extra day. The folks that work here are very nice people, however I just don’t think that it makes up for the chaos that happens behind the scenes. Also when I purchased my vehicle from this dealer, they assured me that my car had been maintained and serviced by Hoffman Audi for the life of the previous owners lease... however, when I asked recently when I came in for service, they could find no record of my brakes ever being serviced, Which is a big problem for me as we specifically asked about the brakes when we purchased the vehicle. This was the second time that I had my car serviced here.. the first time was literally DAYS after I purchased my vehicle - the wheel bearings were shot, making a very loud humming noise. I just have not gotten good vibes since my initial purchase. I will likely never purchase a vehicle from this dealer again, which is unfortunate because I love my Audi.

I bought a Fiat 500x from this dealer. They gave me excellent service and Alex J was a very knowledgable salesperson. The car is top quality, smooth driving, and very well crafted.

I always get great and efficient service with a smile when I visit. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had the same experience when I bought my car from Jim Henry. This is my second Audi and I can't imagine having a different brand is car for the quality, price, and service!!
