I cannot express how much I love this dealership. From Sales to Service Department. The salesman are the exact opposite as “pushy”. The manager actually suggested I go with an extended warranty as opposed to buying new. I would pass 100 other dealships to shop with Raul and Danny for my buying experience.
Also want to mention a little about the Service Department here. my car is still under the factory warranty. If I ever have an issue, I call Ken (My service advisor) to schedule an appointment. When I get there to leave my car, my loaner Audi (usually brand new car with less than 1,000 miles on it) is clean and waiting for me to take home. I use this car until mine is ready. Yes. LOANER AUDI. I’ve used this loaner Audi to pick up my boss at another luxury dealership (I won’t mention the name) when he had to drop off his car for service and needed a ride home!
If that’s a sales trick to let you drive another Audi, it totally works. Lol. I think I want the A5 coupe as my next purchase!!!!! :)

i love it, terrific color, much better than i anticipated, after the purchase they had the vehicle detailed, i believe, better than average, i would buy another audi again, maybe a bigger one.
Being a young woman with zero knowledge of how to repair cars you rely heavily on automotive professionals to help you through the process.
When my beetle wouldn't start I became extremely anxious.
Clarence the sales manager helped to calm my anxieties and delivered on his promise of having the service department service my car on Monday.
Monday morning, I received a call from service manager Cornelius who in "layman terms" told me what was wrong with my bettle and that all of the parts were in stock to repair and have it ready same day.
The service to be picked up via the VW shuttle was a bonus as well.
In addition my cars keypad hasn't been working and they fixed that without charge!
I appreciate the patience of those gentlemen and the follow up calls I've received after my repairs.
I also received a $20 mail in rebate.
Thank you for your patience and getting me back on the road!

This car met all my needs. It is a great car! It handles great and comes with all the bells and whistles. After driving this car I have become an even bigger Audi fan and would not want to drive anything else!
Went with BMW because of a better maintenance program. High tech performance vehicles require $ for upkeep to consider it a high performance vehicle. If they better there maintenance program a good possibility for my spouse
I have a 2007 Yukon Denali XL that had been giving me starting problems for about a year. I had heard through a friend about two brothers (Kenndy and Daniel Rogers) at your dealership who he said we good mechanics. I have to admit I finally found the right place, they seemed to have fixed my problem and my car runs great. Everyone I interfaced with was very polite and professional and their work speaks for itself.
