Missing cargo mat that was in the pictures. Never disclose that there was Only 1 set key which is &500 to buy. I understand it’s a used car but still need to tell buyers what comes with the car. The salesman was awesome. Kasra was very friendly.

I found a 2005 with 52k miles on it. Called the sales person and put 500$ down to hold the car. We've owned it for 2years now and it hasn't had any issues. They do a good safety inspection on it before we could look at it. Ask for Ryan
Visited Audi in Lynnwood shopping for a used car, I was met pretty shortly by a very friendly representative. They provided me with the CARFAX and vehicle maintenance report on an Audi A4 I was looking at! No pressure and vehicles are in great condition. Will be doing business with the Audi family!

We were looking to trade in our vehicle to purchase a larger Suv for our family .Saw what we wanted online went in and purchase it within our budget and without feeling pressured. I had a 95,000 service done on my 2011 Audi A4. My service rep Jeff Stenberg was very friendly and accommodating. I'd like to work with him again in the future. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars for the "overall" rating is that I feel service costs on Audis are just way too high. I love my Audi and Audis in general but the biggest reason I wouldn't purchase one again in the future is the cost to maintain. There's no "simple" oil change even. Everything seems to be in the hundreds if not thousands of dollars. The reason for the 3 out of 5 stars for the "facilities" rating is only because the facility is currently under construction. Once finished I'm sure it will be top-notch quality.
A job very well done. This was an unusual situation - where my steering rack was damaged 16 months before the self-diagnostics threw an alert. My Audi service advisor, Brandon Anderson, worked closely with the insurance adjuster to install a used rack from another vehicle. The insurance company handled their part very well. Brandon kept me informed (almost daily) and provided a loaner vehicle for a week, no charge. No worries, no cost; it doesn’t get any better than this! Brandon’s mild manner and very professional performance really impressed me - truly an exceptional experience!
