Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

Luis Melendez was very knowledgeable and efficient while still being personable and friendly. He made the whole experience easier and exciting - just like getting a new car should be. Everyone at the dealership from Sales Mgr. Rick Norris, Carlos Hernandez in Finance, and John Dinh, Tech Specialist, were interested and friendly. We would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Luis Melendez.
We were on the road, and needed to get home. Our svc advisor Kirks fit us in, got the job done, and we were able to get home on time. We want to thank Audi Ft Worth for helping us out, since their wait time for a regular svc appt was about 2 weeks.
My service advisor Tie was very professional, friendly and polite. She advised me that I would have to wait 3 hours for my car to be serviced (oil change, tire rotation and 23K mile service). I was only there for a hour and a half due to the technician quickness. I will definitely be back.
Thank you Audi Silver Spring for an easy car buying experience. It was hassle free and quick! Car sold was nicely detailed , well kept. My areas of concern were taken care of.

Went with BMW because of a better maintenance program. High tech performance vehicles require $ for upkeep to consider it a high performance vehicle. If they better there maintenance program a good possibility for my spouse
We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. I have been shopping online for a particular vehicle and have dealt with many dealers across the country. Ben was prompt and professional when answering my questions and while ultimately deciding it was not the vehicle for me, I could not have been more pleased with how I was treated.

Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
Just made my fifth Audi Purchase here and take it from me, Audi Hawthorne is Awesome and exceeded all other Dealerships by Far.. Their new Facilty is Huge, the Largest, most immaculate and accommodating within the entire east coast. My Sales person Rafael Rosario was exceptional, professional, direct, no haggling and respectful. He Quickly got me the Q5 i wanted and was able to beat Audi Manhattans and Beiner Audi Pricing by far.
If you're looking for competitive pricing along with spectacular service, dont go anywhere esle. Stop by Audi Hawthorne and speak to Rafael Rosario, you will not be disappointed.
The Service Manager Joana Bell, The General Manager Nick Belli, Business Manager Kurtis Hughes, the Tech specialist Sebastian and service reps William were all amazing and made my Audi purchase experience Truly uniquely Phenomenal.

My salesman, Jason Spencer to me is what Audi Hawthorne stands for. Intergrity and service. It's not a slap on the back type of dealership. This is an all in place where from sales to service you are appreciated for not only buying but serviceing the vehicle as well. I am enjoying my experience and will pass it on to others who are looking for an Audi.
