Today was securing my third Audi with Anthony's help. I contacted him twice in the past several months before finally making it in today. Even though I delayed leasing my third Audi, Anthony provided information and dealt professionally on the earlier occasions. He knows his product and does not play games you might encounter at other dealerships. The product and Anthony is why I keep returning to Coral Springs Audi.
We gave this review 5 star because it was a pleasure having Daniel Villaverde walking my wife and I through the process of learning about leasing an Audi to getting us the car we wanted. His professionalism and knowledge was top notch and would not hesitate to refer my friends to him. As was Michael in Finance who was great and personable to work with.
Our experience with Kevin was superb. Was made the experience so great was his ability to really educate us as consumers about everything Audi has to offer. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about every little detail about the A4 we leased. We really felt like we knew all the little nuances of the car before we ever left the lot. The experience I encountered was great service. I didn’t actually visit dealership physically. But online I was given tremendous assistance without delay. So I can only imagine the service at Audi north Miami. On 1-10 scale, I give 10 rating!!

I I am a repeat customer and recently purchased a new QX 50. The car is incredible and my sales person, Walter, made the experience pleasurable. I have used the same service writer for three years, Tony Gaye and she has the best service writer I have ever had.
A huge nail popped my tire and road assistance came to my rescue within half an hour considering it was rush hour this was great. Following that the service to replace my tire took only a little over one hour so I was back on the road super quick. I’m thankful to the service team there for its professionalism, promptness & efficiency
The service was prompt and extremely professional, keeping me updated with detailed informative texts/emails that made the decision making process easy. Diane was friendly and had such a positive demeanor. She explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. The facility itself is quite luxurious and state of the art which made the waiting period pleasurable and peaceful. I highly recommend this location for all services including sales if you only want top notch professionalism!
