Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

Luis Melendez was very knowledgeable and efficient while still being personable and friendly. He made the whole experience easier and exciting - just like getting a new car should be. Everyone at the dealership from Sales Mgr. Rick Norris, Carlos Hernandez in Finance, and John Dinh, Tech Specialist, were interested and friendly. We would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Luis Melendez.
We were on the road, and needed to get home. Our svc advisor Kirks fit us in, got the job done, and we were able to get home on time. We want to thank Audi Ft Worth for helping us out, since their wait time for a regular svc appt was about 2 weeks.

Purchased a 2018 A5 from Bedford. The Good: Terrel was easy to work with, no pressure. Sales manager gave me additional cash off. The Bad: No second key on a CPO. This should not have happened, told they have to order one then drive my car 75 miles back to dealership to program key. Finally, paper work never handed to me, still waiting after 1 week. Love the car, but buying experience was average at best. Too many details fell between the cracks.
Just made my fifth Audi Purchase here and take it from me, Audi Hawthorne is Awesome and exceeded all other Dealerships by Far.. Their new Facilty is Huge, the Largest, most immaculate and accommodating within the entire east coast. My Sales person Rafael Rosario was exceptional, professional, direct, no haggling and respectful. He Quickly got me the Q5 i wanted and was able to beat Audi Manhattans and Beiner Audi Pricing by far.

The Service Manager Joana Bell, The General Manager Nick Belli, Business Manager Kurtis Hughes, the Tech specialist Sebastian and service reps William were all amazing and made my Audi purchase experience Truly uniquely Phenomenal.
Our time at Audi Mentor was short. After finding the right car to purchase, we had an associate come out to help. He was helpful but seemed uninterested as he had another buyer arrive halfway through the interaction and left us. Not much wiggle room on the price.
Started the day at a different Audi dealership and had a terrible experience. Came to the Bedford location and things could not have gone better. Great experience. Purchased two cars and had a good time doing it ! Everyone we met was a joy to do business with especially Zach who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable for the right reasons. This was a very easy, no drama, professional sales and purchase experience. We live in Virginia and had been shopping for a Q7 in the local Virginia dealerships. We happened to be in Bethesda and stopped in at Audi Bethesda. Dave Engel greeted us and was very friendly, professional and patient as he described the vehicle and accompanied us on a test drive. A week later, when we decided to purchase a Q7 we thought about purchasing the Q7 at our local dealership. However, based on our experience with David, we decided to return to Audi Bethesda. We are glad we did. David and Simone handled the purchase process thoroughly, professionally and with no drama or pressure.
The overall experience with Audi Bethesda was a very pleasant one. The salesman I worked with Jacob Jay was very professional, moved the process along very quickly and has made himself available to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership.
