Used 2020 Audi A5 for Sale in Dayton, OH

The team at Performance Lexus was simply outstanding! We worked closely with Jeff Kaplan in Sales and also with Rich Cook, the Sales Manager. We had never met either of them before this. We were interested in a Toyota Rav4 we saw among their pre-owned inventory online as our daughter has unique medical needs making it difficult/painful for her to walk, let alone get in and out of sedans. We were upfront with our financial limitations (this was not a planned purchase), and Jeff and Rich were equally honest about what they could and couldn't do. We didn't want to "play games," and they made the negotiation painless. We worked out the details most closely with Jeff, and he is the best car salesperson we have ever met ... and just a great person. Not only was he honest and straightforward, but he was empathetic to our situation, didn't put us through any "wait here while I talk with my manager" nonsense, and went WAY beyond our expectations! He offered to have the car "presented" for our daughter with a bow and personalized-sign with her name on it when we returned to pick it up as a surprise for her. When we did return, the car was re-detailed, sported a huge red bow, and a sign that was hand-decorated just for our daughter. As parents who have seen her go through more than her share of challenges, this was an incredible blessing ... she was speechless and overwhelmed. Even after that, Jeff spent another 45 minutes or so walking her through the process of connecting her smartphone via Bluetooth, setting up radio stations and navigation, etc. We had a bit more paperwork to fill out in another area of the facility so Jeff even pulled the car right around to where we were so my daughter wouldn't have to walk all the way back. By the time we were finished, Jeff Kaplan was our hero. He made our purchase experience incredibly positive. He respected our situation and our daughter. He more than delivered on his promises. Without question, we will seek him out for our next car purchase and will recommend him without hesitation to others who may be looking for a new or used car. One last thing I never realized ... even when you buy a pre-owned non-Lexus from Performance Lexus, you get many of the perks that new car buyers receive there - free car washes, a fantastic reception/waiting area, etc. Thank you, Performance Lexus ... be sure to keep Jeff Kaplan on staff! :)

Leave the BMW and Mercedes in the garage. This car is fun to drive! The technology has it all. Test drive it and you will not look back.

Coming from a Mercedes C Class. The Audi’s ride, fit and finish and comfort are far better. I’m amazed at how smooth and quiet the ride is on this car. My Mercedes had a hard/harsh ride, with lots of loose rattles and squeaks. It was assembled in Alabama and could have been a Chevy. The Audi is built in Germany. I ordered it and had to wait 3 months for it to arrive. Huge difference in German built cars. Worth the wait.

Attractive AWD sporty four door sedan that drives great, has plenty of acceleration, an attractive interior, good gas milage and a ton of technology built in if you add a few options. A5 Sportback with Premium Plus is an excellent car. Get the Apply Play to connect to your phone while driving. Great hatchback space. Drawback - no touch screen

After almost a month and several distasteful visits to large dealerships, I found Mike at Elite imports . Nope. Not a flashy mega-dealership with all the bells and whistles. No bevy of slicksters who have to " talk with the manager" every five minutes. Elite imports is warm and friendly. Mike was interested in making sure you get a great car for a great price. I took the car I was interested in my own mechanic who was impressed with how this car had been prepared for resale. Go see these guys. We will certainly be back.

My 2019 A5 Cabriolet (convertible) is awesome. it is the perfect MN car. it has 4 wheel drive for winter and a convertible top for summer. it is technologically advanced, beautifully styled and a blast to drive. Got it at Audi Minneapolis.

Everything i expected from an Audi. Have had several new audi's over the last 20 years. Also Mini Coopers, Jeeps, Fords, Lincolns (all new) and never had a car that cost as low to maintain than the Audi. Pay more in the beginning, but in the long run, it's cheaper and a much better vehicle

Unfortunately the car we were interested in had already sold. However, they have been great about sending information regarding cars that are similar and trying to assist us in our search.

This car was a luxury I afforded myself. To-date uthasexceeded all of my expectations in comfort, style and performance. This is the ideal car for me. I have not owned the car long enough to accurately evaluate its reliability but, nothing has yet given me cause for concern.

Had the A4 prior, 5S is AWD and u can tell a huge difference! Love the quilted leather and cordless phone charger!! Launch pad seems fun to play with, love the self parking as well!

I took my 2017 VW Tiguan into White Allen European Auto Group to have the 10,000 mile maintenance done. The staff was very professional and accommodating when I was making my appointment as well when I arrived for my appointment. The service technician did an excellent job of servicing my Tiguan and in a timely manner. My wait time seemed short because of the nice and comfortable waiting room. They even offered complimentary snacks and drinks. I will definitely be returning to this dealership.

This car meets all of my needs and then some! It is a very technical automobile and is easy to drive. It has a quiet ride, solid suspension and good acceleration. Gas mileage is also good and I do not have any issues with Audi service or costs. A good handling and safe overall vehicle.
