I purchased my new 1998 Audi A4 originally from Scottsdale Audi. My service advisor Al Rizzo, had been exceptional. I love my car and want to keep it in tip top shape. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. When I use valet service at resorts, often the bellmen want to purchase my car....it is immaculate. Thank you Al, for your continued care!

We had a wonderful experience again at Audi of Beverly Hills. We are going on a trip and at the last moment wanted to have our car serviced, They fit us in. Since they had already committed their loaner cars they had one of their staff drive us home (it was only about a mile). They were able to complete the job on that day. Our service manager, Ken Kritzer, kept us informed of the progress, and called in the afternoon to say that the only extra thing he suggested was to have the tires rotated and the car would be finished by 5:00 PM. We trust Ken completely as he has been our service manager for over 20 years. He has been especially helpful at showing us how to use the advanced technology of the car. Recently, when we couldn't figure out how to turn off the 'need air in tires' warning after we had put air in the tires, even though very busy, he came out to the parking lot, solved the problem, and showed us how to handle it in the future. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Courteous, helpful, and service you can count on.
Service manager, Eric Smith, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Responsive, courteous, and professional, Eric and his team made sure our needs were met. Audi should take note of this exceptional, customer focused approach as a role model for all of their other dealerships. Great job and thank you.

Very easy, positive purchasing experience on a pre-owned 2014 S6. I???d been keeping my eye out for used S6/S7???s for some time, and this one popped up on car gurus. Clicked the ePice button on Audi Beaverton???s website, and got a quick response from Craig Fleishman who provided me with an ePrice that was lower than that listed on the site and answered my numerous questions. The ad said ???flawless interior??? and it wasn???t an exaggeration! Craig took me and my family on a thorough test drive, and treated all three of us with respect. He immediately recognized that I was familiar with the Audi lineup and knew what I was looking for, and answered questions rather than trying to ???sell??? or ???push??? anything. Further price negotiation was very cordial. I didn???t get a ???screaming good deal??? on it but I definitely feel like I paid a reasonable and fair price for a hard-to-find used car. We came back about 5 hours later to pick up the car we went and enjoyed Portland while they detailed it) and aside from the odometer and a few minor paint chips, you???d think it was brand new. Sigve from Finance went through all the paperwork with me, he worked quickly but didn???t rush me through reading what I was signing. Both Craig and Sigve were professional yet down to earth. It was worth the trip from Bend to get a hard-to-find used car in fantastic condition, I???d definitely do business with Audi Beaverton again.

I was very particular about the 2018 S4 configuration that I wanted--I expected to have to make an order. I reached out to every Audi dealer within 500 miles to see if they had what I was looking for. Shane at Audi Beaverton responded, saying they had the closest thing to what I wanted in the entire PNW. Others had responded to my inquiry similarly, so I was skeptical at this point. I looked at the car, and it was close, but I didn't spend too much time reading. After scouring dealer inventories myself, I narrowed it down to about five cars, and then I picked the closest to my ideal configuration-turns out this was the same one that Shane e-mailed me. After that, Shane and I started e-mailing each other just an hour before closing time, and our e-mails continued until 11PM at night. Not only did he offer a fair deal on the one car that I was willing to buy in WA/ID/OR, but the interaction gave me the confidence to bum a one way car ride (via a co-worker's son that I had never met previously) from the Seattle area down to Beaverton the following morning. Even though I was technically stranded in the Portland, I was treated well, did not feel any pressure, and drove away with the car I wanted with a fair deal. The sales, finance, and educations portions of the experience were all great. I was in and out of the finance office in what felt like 10 minutes. I was eager to get back on the road in my new S4 to get home since I my ETA was about 10PM at that point. Shane did his best to condense a large knowledge transfer process down to meet my time-frame and he was very good at explaining all of the functions. I'm about 30 and technologically savvy, but you could tell he was accustom to explaining the MMI features to an older, less technical crowd (baby boomers, I'm looking at you)--I have a lot of respect for the patience he has, and did have to exhibit even with me at times. Shane truly had an enthusiasm for the car and it was very evident as he explained the features to me. I was the one rushing him, not the other way around. After my return to WA, I did have some follow-up questions and Shane immediately fielded them to my satisfaction. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and after owning the vehicle for just over 2 weeks, I would do it all again the same way. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff based on my own experience.
I recently purchased my 3rd Q7 from Patrick @ Audi Beaverton. My previous experience with purchasing cars was not pleasant. Before purchasing my first Q7 (which was a certified used car), I was ready to purchase two other cars from separate dealerships but they made me wait so long I got irritated and left. Patrick and all the other staff at Beaverton did just the opposite - they wanted to understand my needs, they rarely made me wait more then a few minutes and I walked away pleased with my purchase and having no regrets. My next two experiences were exactly the same. The service department (specifically Corey), always makes me feel like I am his only customer. Before my experience with Patrick and Beaverton Audi, I had no loyalty to any dealer and hated the idea of having to buy a car. Now, I look forward to it and can't imagine going anywhere else. BTW - The last car I purchased was a 2017 Audi Q7 and it is truly the most amazing car I have ever owned. There is nothing about the car I dislike and so many things I absolutely love. This car is a game changer!

My husband and I had the pleasure of leasing our second Audi with Audi North Orlando on July 21, 2016 from Frank De Wilde. It was by far, the best car leasing experience we've had. Frank made our transaction smooth, easy and fast as we drove up from the Florida Keys just to work with Frank. I called Frank about a week earlier and told him exactly what we were looking for as we needed a bigger vehicle than our current Q3 to pull our boat. He recommended the Q5 with a towing package, emailed me pictures of what was in stock and within a few hours, we decided on the one we wanted and set a date to pick it up. Once we arrived to the dealership after driving 6 1/2 hours from the Keys, Frank greeted us and we were in our new Q5 within less than an hour! I brag to all of our friends about our experience as it truly has left a wonderful impression with us. We will be back for our next vehicle and look forward to another great experience from Frank and Audi North Orlando.
I worked with Brandon Lowe for several months to find the right vehicle for me. We went through several A4s and a few Q5s before finding the right car. Nearly all of our negotiating was done via e-mail, with occasional in-person visits to check out several cars. When the right time came, all I had to do was come into the dealership and sign the paperwork, all the hassle and negotiating was done up front from the comfort of my house. I can't stress how pleasurable it was to work with Brandon during this experience¿ and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Audi North Orlando to anyone else.
