Honestly, the customer service was like a grand hotel (so was the ambiance). -From the, above and beyond help from Sam and his useful insight, to the other customers I bonded with, while in the waiting section. Called the parts department at closing time and could not have been treated more courteously and professionally by Tom. He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve.
