My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. My daughter and I came late one evening to buy a specific car. Maged (Max) was our sales rep at Bell Audi of Edison, NJ. The deal was sealed about 1 hour past closing time, but through all the time spent Max treated us well, with patience and even helped us unload our trade-in car! Weeks later, we ran into an issue with plates + registration. Time was of the essence, and Max helped us solve a thorny issue within hours. I've been haggling over car purchases for many decades, and I have always left the dealership with mixed feelings; until now. Max is a competent, trustworthy gentleman. I have 3 grown adult kids, and when any of them are ready to buy and trade-in, I will first look to Bell Audi of Edison, and to Max for a potential sale.

My fiance and I recently leased a car with Levani Z, who did nothing but take care of us along the way. I have been Audi customer since last 12 years but since my last service in Sept- Oct 2023 the Audi started to ask for Engine oil every 1000 miles. The Service advisor suggested to top up the oil or issue might be with the Engine. We had to say goodbye to Audi and move to another brand. It was a good run with the Audi and wished it could have worked few more years without any issues. Hope to come back to Audi in the future.

Went today to this dealer. I saw Car that I like when I went there Car was sold but that’s OK. I understand it business. They show me other options. I take a look. I forgot the name of the sales person he was helping me, but he was one of the best salesperson. Then the manager come his name ALI He was the best manager I ever dealt in a dealers for 20 years. I probably switched 10 cars in seven years. I just went today just to take a look at the Audi q7. I wanna thank Ali so much how respectful and professional manager I was very impressed with this dealership, very professional I will tell all my friends and family who wants to buy Audi to go to this dealer.
