I had been thinking about Audis for a while but had never driven one. I decided to just drop by the Audi location near my job to take a peek & had no intentions on purchasing that day. I appreciated that I was not pounced on as soon as I walked through the doors of the Sewell dealership. When Sebastian approached me, he was an expert at letting me lead the conversation. His personality was gentle and warm. He listened to my desires and did not pressure me. He pulled down the exact car I wanted just because he took the time to listen. When I changed my mind on the color, Sebastian went out of his way to find the one I wanted! Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
We met Lee Carter when we first went to Audi to look at the Q5's. What a great struck of luck that was. I have never had a better experience with a car salesperson. Not only was Lee pleasant and knowledgeable, but he made great efforts to understand our needs and preferences and became an advocate for us in the process. I never felt pushed, but always felt supported.
I recieved great customer service from Angela Taylor. She kept me updated on the time line of my car status. She spoke with compassion. After a crummy day, I left Audi feeling better and back in my car.
