Used 2020 Audi A6 for Sale in Ontario, CA

We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.

This is a beautiful car, very smooth to drive with lots of horsepower. It takes a bit to get used to all the features. I like the fact that it shuts off when at a complete stop due to energy saving.

I bought my 2017 A3 from another local dealer, and found their service department to be a little frustrating to contend with, so I brought the car to Audi of Ontario. Right from the start, I found this dealership very easy to work with. Erik Garcia is my service advisor, and he is probably the best advisor I've had across several brands. He listens to what I tell him, he relates to the issue and how it impacts his customer, and he makes sure to follow up in a very timely manner. I have a solid understanding of the mechanics of a car, and Erik understood that he had to relate to me differently than some other customers. He has conversations with me that are not so elementary that they don't tell me anything, and not so advanced for me to not understand. He put the effort in to pay attention to my level of knowledge so that it didn't become frustrating to me. Shortly after one visit, I received an email that the dealership was interested in buying my car. I was surprised as it was a lease, and I was only 14 months in. I met with Raymundo Lopez who was absolutely terrific to work with. He explained the process he wanted to follow to me, which put me at great ease. I generally do not like the schmoozy sales experience, but there was none of that. He was up front, honest, and timely. I took this opportunity to upgrade, and Raymundo was extremely patient as I looked at many different situations that would work for me. We looked at everything from another A3 to an A5, to a TT. In the end, I walked away with a fully decked out A4 Quattro that I absolutely LOVE!!! It cost a little more than I planned, but I'm good with it. And when you think about it, isn't that the true sales success story? Customer is happy and gets something they love, the dealer sold something of higher value. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Erik and with Raymundo. The terrific experience in the service department lead to a really great (and unexpected) sales experience. I would highly recommend Erik Garcia for all of your service needs, and Raymundo Lopez for all of your sales needs!! A quick follow-up.....I have personalized plates, and had to go through the arduous DMV process of waiting for the new registration to get processed, then transfer the vanity plates over. The DMV has a new process regarding this, requiring permission from the leasing company to do this. I called Raymundo, and he started making calls to find out what to do. This happened several weeks after the sale, which further exemplified his professionalism. He did not push me off because the sales was done, he went all out. THAT is the great experience you can expect from Raymundo!! I will add that the billing guy was the only shortcoming through all of this. Not "bad" per se, just not great. His personality was lackluster, and when he tried to push the extra warranty on me, and I refused, he tried an angle I did NOT like at all.....he used the line "well, if you think you want to take a risk like that, it's your choice". I don't do passive-aggressive, and was not happy about that AT ALL. But.....in the end, I have a great car that I love, and overall, a terrific experience that I tell everyone I can about. It is my feeling that since he is responsible for processing all of the paperwork, including the registration, he should have known about this vanity plate requirement, and explained it to me. That way, I wouldn't have had the added stress of finding out about it, and dealing with it while at the DMV. That, I believe, is a major fail on his part. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to care for your Audi needs. They are the best, and I will definitely be back :)

Definitely! Back track about eight years and you'd find me purchasing a new car at a dealership. The salesmen were hungry, it took nearly seven hours, and the dealership delivered a car with scratches and a dent! In May of 2018 I tried again. My experience at Audi Ontario was phenomenal! I took care of most everything via text and a few phone calls. My car was sharp and waiting for me. I even got to test drive the car far further than anyone else permitted. Get this, I even enjoyed chatting with that guy that tries to sell you incidentals and ridiculous insurance. Here's the take away???Mike Abujaber was leading the process. We just purchased our first Audi, a 2017 Q7, on Saturday. Having driven two BMW wagons for 9 years (535xiT and 328iT), we decided it was time to get a 3-row SUV for our family of four. We were looking for a comfortable vehicle for family road trips which could also haul a few extra kids for soccer carpooling. Our top two choices came down to the Audi Q7 and Volvo XC90. Both seem like good cars with plenty of youtube videos and car blogs comparing the two, but for us, the Q7 was the clear winner after test driving both vehicles. Since we live in San Diego, we first exchanged emails with Brett over a span of 3 weeks before visiting Walter's Audi. Brett was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the buying process. He was very transparent with internet/Costco pricing. He was not pushy at all, unlike some of the high-pressure sales tactics or arrogant attitude we experienced at other Audi dealerships. We will definitely come back to see Brett should we be looking for another Audi.

Interior makes so much noise wen u driving and after 3000 mile is not fast how Used to be wen i processed this car atc..

Audi did it right with the redesign of the A6 for 2019. The design is superior , the performance is awesome and technology and safety features are through the roof. Only disappointment was the lack of space for glasses and added room on the column. Love the car....

RONICE THE GAL THAT DOES THE PAPER WORK HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY, SHE COULD TAKE MY KIDDING AND FIRE BACK A COMEBACK, HAD A GREAT HANDSHAKE. This Car is for those who like the look of a luxury car but the feel of a sporty car. My model is the blacked out Sline and I love it. I recently purchased it about 3 days ago and couldnt be happier!

I schedule an appointment with him and he even reserve the exact car that I wanted so that it did sell while I drove down there. Once their I met with Ed (Sales Manager) and Fady Gad. The ride remains the key decision maker for me. I've tried other high end cars but came back to Audi for its comfortable ride and ability to quickly accelerate for passing or entering expressways. Always feels like I'm driving a well-made car and not a computer on wheels.

This is my third Audi. I still have my 2010 and it runs super. I saw my new car when I was at the dealer for maintenance on the 2010 and decided to buy the 2018 for some of the new features. They are beautiful cars and the service is outstanding.
