My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. Might even have to visit family in Michigan the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you
2016 Audi A6 review
This is a fun, responsive, reliable, well built car to drive. At over 75K miles now, and I really cannot even consider trading it in because I don't think I will enjoy a better ride.

My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

I had a excellent experience with this nice dealership at Audi Novi in MI State. I wanted to visit them in person but i own a restaurant and i just simple don't have the time to go there. My salesman was very nice and professional. He kept me on updates on the whole deal of what's going on with the paper work and the time and date of shipping the 2016 silver Mercedes Benz C450 AMG 4door sedan car. It's just what i been looking for. It had to be this make and model series car. This model came out with collision prevention assist plus, eye's heads up display, intelligent drive, front collision prevention and distronic plus steering assist. I am happy with the price of the car as well. I was very happy when it arrived in my front drive way. The driver was kind enough to drive it in my back yard. I drove it around in my local town and highway, the car runs and drives excellent, i wish y'all could see the look and smile on my face. I will be buying from them again soon. I will keep checking on there web site off and on looking. I have other auto's on my list i want to buy from them soon. I been collecting car's since i was 18 years old. I'm 57 now. Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!

This car was absolutely amazing to own and drive. From the slick exterior style, to the classy interior design. Jaw dropping. Many people will mistaken it for a newer model as well. Great drive. Very smooth, and strong. Highly recommend.

2017 Audi A6 review
I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.

2021 Audi A6 review
Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.

2014 Audi A6 review
I’ve had the 2014 A6 TDI for theee months now and absolutely love it. I average about 33 city and 40 plus on long trips. Very comfortable, quiet, and feels so solid. Even closing the door, you can tell it is so well built by how heavy the doors are! I hope to be writing another review in 150k miles!!

2016 Audi A6 review
Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!
