I am very, very happy to meet & do business with Mr. Mark Roopchan on today. He was very friendly, informative & very patience. I felt welcomed, very respected, welcomed, & appreciated for my visit. He took his time & explained everything to me in a friendly & courteous manner. It was worth the trip all the way from the Bronx. Glad that I crossed the bridge.
I was able to schedule a convenient time for my vehicles annual state safety and emissions inspection. I was able to enjoy a bagel and coffeee while I waited for my vehicle. The inspection was done promptly and I was offered a car wash following the inspection. Very good people to work with.
I recently got stuck because the battery in my key was depleted and the car would not start. I looked for help in the owner???s manual to no avail and called roadside assistance. I then called Matt Weston to alert him my car would be arriving soon. He told me to try holding the key on the steering wheel column where you would insert a traditional key in older model cars. Viola! The car started. I cancelled the tow truck, went to the store and bought a new battery and realized the next time I have a problem I will call Matt first.

I brought my 2013 Cayenne diesel in for a check engine light. The dealership worked with Porsche technical people over several visits to resolve the problem. It is good to know that Anthony Mennella and his team worked diligently to resolve the problem and ensure that this work was covered under the CPO warranty.
Went to check out a used Audi Q7. Also test drove a 2018 Audi Q7. Levani was our salesperson and he was excellent very knowledge and kind and worked with us in every way. Unfortunately we did not buy but if going to Audi Manhattan ask for him.
From the time I received the first contact until the car was delivered all was great! Great service! Highly recommended!
