Everything was great service wise and only reason giving it a four is because they only have one shuttle guy going and the wait can get excessive. So if your taking a shuttle plan to wait a while during busy times. I would recommend hiring a 2nd shuttle driver so the one doesnt drive all over town causing delays.

Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

I have nothing but praise for this dealer prior to and completion of this purchase transaction. From the time that USAA, working with the TRUE CAR website put me in contact with this dealer everything seemed to be going as preplanned.
The personnel, from the internet section, the salesman, and the financial professional seemed to be working for a very smooth and customer friendly deal.
I do have to say that an issue has come up after the sale, that the salesman and the sales manager are working on to assist in resolving a question that has come up concerning the appearance of the grill of the auto. In the photo of the automobile that I used to decide on this specific auto, a full front grill was shown. But after the purchase and when I arrived at home ,I discovered that the front of the auto was not as presented in the initial photograph. I do have to accept some responsibility for this because I did not do a complete walk around of the vehicle prior to the agreement to purchase, due to inclement weather. I just assumed that the auto was as I expected. I am willing to work with the sales team in order to resolve this issue.

Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.
This will be the sixth range rover I have bought from Land Rover Gwinnett. Mary Cromer takes the best care of me from beginning to end. Her service is superb. I Will never shop anywhere else for a car .
Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.
I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.
Rebecca Hightower saved me from being left out in the cold when I got two flat tires. She went above and beyond to help me get two new tires so I could get home late on a Saturday afternoon just before closing. She was the kindest most helpful person I have ever worked with
