I have been shopping online for a particular vehicle and have dealt with many dealers across the country. Ben was prompt and professional when answering my questions and while ultimately deciding it was not the vehicle for me, I could not have been more pleased with how I was treated.
The staff were all very helpful. I was planning on just staying there while they worked on my car, however they couldn't guarantee the time it would be complete so they offered for me to take a Lyft to my office and provided a link to use on the return. I had left something in my car that I needed and they were quick to retrieve it for me. I had bought a cell phone holder that needed installation on my dash vents and they were very helpful helping me to install it.

Outstanding service. Martin Hristov, Sales Rep was outstanding. Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I tried a few cars before selecting the GLE 400 and I was very satisfied with the service. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and helped make the process go smoothly. This was not my first time buying a vehicle at Mercedes Greenway, and I hope to continue to buy there again in the future.
Had a great low mileage Mazda CX 5 that the previous owner traded in for an Audi. Theodore (Ted)Piotrowicz was great over email and phone talking and getting close to the deal I wanted for my wife. We live an hour away, so Ted knew if we made the trip we were going to buy the car.
Showed up, met with Daniel Otavo who was extremely professional and friendly, what you want in a salesperson. Always polite and not pushy, which it also helped that most the deal was done before we got there. If this was not the case, I would have been happy to go through the whole process with Dani.
The Finance was fine, there was some confusion but they stuck with their word and made sure they honored the deal that we showed up for.
If you are in the market for a car, and want an up front/honest experience I would highly recommend talking with Ted and Dani.

When we arrived, the car had just been washed and was waiting for us. We inspected the car and everything that we had discussed was correct and accurate. The paperwork went quick, there were no surprises, and we were quickly on our way. I've bought 3 cars long distance and this was by far the easiest.
