I???m so thrilled with my new car! I walked into McDonough Nissan at 2:30 this afternoon. I walked out at 5:45 with a new car that I am thrilled with, at a price I am comfortable with. Thanks to George Mazzant, George Mazzant Sr., Paul, and Randy for making car-buying such a quick, painless, and fairly enjoyable experience. I called ultimo motorsports to inquire about a Land Rover Range Rover Sport that i saw on their website. My wife and I made an appt to check out the truck and i fell in love with it. We were not looking to trade our vehicle in ,but we did. Dennis Ciobanica made our experience a good one. I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a car to go in and check them out.
Good turnaround on my SUV; that is, drop-off was easy and the car was returned in the time frame that was promised. There was also a billing issue at the end, and the accident was quickly acknowledged and corrected in a way that keeps me coming back.
It's not often that people have good things to say about car dealers, but I just had a terrific experience at Audi Morton Grove. I had 5 months remaining on my current A6 lease, but wanted to know about getting a new car before the lease expired. The dealer I got the car from told me I needed to wait a few months, and get closer to the lease's end. On a whim, I did an internet search for car leases and got an almost immediate call back from Chris Popa. I told him the details of the vehicle I was interested in, and he called me back a few hours later to say he had a car that fit my description, at the same lease price I am currently paying! A new car for the same money - what's not to like? I met Chris and his brand specialist, Jay Patel, the following day. They showed me the car and walked me through the paperwork. Easy and painless. These two young men (ages 24 and 20!) were aggressive in making the deal happen, but not pushy or full of themselves. Just anxious to help - and they did. I don't ordinarily write reviews about purchases or business dealings, but this experience was noteworthy. I would recommend these two gentlemen without reservation. I'd love to do business with them again when my lease expires in 3 years, but I'm guessing they may have moved from sales to ownership by then. Their enthusiasm and "we'll make it happen on your terms" approach was most welcome, and greatly appreciated!
I'd like to thank everyone at Omaha Mercedes for the great customer service that they have always displayed to my family. We bought our first Mercedes, a GLK, back in 2010 from Pat Poledna. Pat has always stayed in contact over the years. In October, I got a great trade value for my jeep and bought a ML350. I told them at that time that if they ever got a used G-Wagon in, to let me know. Sure enough, a couple weeks ago I got the call. Scott Schuetz, Pat Poledna & John Langland did everything possible to get me in my dream vehicle. My wife & I will be Mercedes drivers for life. Thanks again Omaha Mercedes! I smile from ear to ear every time i walk out into the garage.

Great car...I've been waiting 18 months for it to arrive to replace my 2015 A8. Now that it shows up, however, the Germans are only delivering it with black or brown interiors. This would look terrible with the silver exterior I want, so I either have to go on waiting or buy my first non-Audi in 20+ years.
A few months back I contacted David McAloose inquiring about a used S7. At the time David said there were none available. But David said he would inform me if one becomes available. I was driving a 2013 S6 so I wasn't in a big hurry. I did purchase the S6 from David and had a great experience which is why I contacted him again for my next car buying experience. On a Saturday morning a few weeks back David emailed and said we just got a 2016 S7 in. He gave me the specs and 3 hours later I was at the dealership. Feel in love with the S7 (hard to believe because I loved my S6). In a situation like this the dealer really has the upper hand. They know I want the car and could play hard ball. But not David or Garber Automotive. In the end I had my end goals around car price and trade-in and ended up really happy with where we landed. That says a lot about Garber and David. I will most definitely make my next car purchase with David. In addition to my car buying experience Garber's Service department is the best around. I've owned many cars and worked with many service departments over the years and Garber Audi out of Rochester is the best around. I actually look forward to those appointments. Thanks David for a great car buying experience.
As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. Needless to say, every car in there was exquisite. 👍🏽Looking forward to driving my new Car off the lot very soon!!

From the moment I emailed to enquire about the vehicle to taking possession of it I had probably the most positive Used or New car buying experience I have ever had.
I showed up an hour before closing. At the dealership I was greeted by a personable young lady. They had fresh coffee, soda and snacks available. The sales floor was clean and bright. My salesman brought the car around and we took a leisurely test drive. Not once did I feel rushed. Back at the dealership he provided me the Carfax and we went over the cars features. Again very relaxed. We met with his Manager to discuss price. I had done my homework and knew what the car was worth to me. The negotiation process was friendly and professional and the final price was right in line with what I was willing to pay. The business office had already closed by the time we were done so I came back the next morning. The business manager was professional and we zipped through all the paperwork and I was out in under an hour. The car was fully detailed with a full tank of gas.
Honestly this was more like buying a car from a friend, very UNLIKE any other car purchase I have ever made.

Adora Fryant was truly exceptional. I know that the expectation is that a salesperson will receive perfect 10s, and I have given such high scores in the past, but Adora is the first one which I actually feel is deserving of such high marks and praise. Adora was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line of Audi vehicles. I had initially gone in to look at the A6/A7. After that initial session, I talked with her again and she shared about the recent updates to the A4 and that it might be a better fit for what I was looking for. Eventually, she helped me decide on the S4 and the particular options that would be important and relevant to me. She was always available to provide info and help, both over the phone and in person. I have subsequently leaned on her knowledge in looking at Audis for my wife. I would happily recommend her to any friend or family member who was considering an Audi. If I could rate her higher than a 10 on the given scale, I would. Adora Fryant, Chris Curtin, and Jack Serena were very easy to work with on negotiating the deal and financing. Of the ~10 dealerships that I contacted to obtain a quote, the team at Audi Chandler was the most competitive. In addition, they made sure that the financing available (including the Summer of Audi incentives) was as good as the other financing options I was looking at through our credit union. This consideration saved me the time and effort of needing to go through that process and allowing me to close the deal sooner.
