Best car buying experience ever! My husband Joseph arrived earlier than expected yesterday at Audi Dealership only to be warmly welcomed by the new General Manager Jeff Spilsbury (who has just started two days ago). Jeff immediately gave me the privilege of working with a true professional salesman Howard Rabkin. Not only did they give us top dollar for our trade , they also gave us a great deal our new 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350. They had a great selection of pre owned used vehicles on their front line of their used car lot.I also must give special thanks to Cameron the product specialist who on this hot 100 degree day help me set up my new vehicle,as well as clean out my trade in.I would also like to give a shout out to the Service Department Manager John Lynch for pulling off a last minute request on my end of fresh oil change(which the dealership gave me as a thank you present) John the Finance Manager worked very hard to give us the best rate possible and and he lets us go to the mall shopping while he was preparing our paperwork and called us when it was our turn to finalize the deal so we literally done in less than 15 minutes.THIS IS WHAT I CALL FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!! While visiting Morristown from out of state, my 2012 Q7 was overheating. After an unsuccessful trip to a gas station to diagnose the problem, I dropped in to the service center at 7:00, right before it was closing for the night. Everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was set up with a loaner, and my thermostat was replaced the following morning and I was back on the road to Maryland by the afternoon. Luis Torilio in particular was extremely helpful. He took the vehicle and oversaw the process to ensure the issue was properly diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was especially impressed given the fact that I am not a regular customer, nor do I even live in the area. The Service Department did a thorough job inspecting the car and making sure everything was in good working order before we got on the road. They even offered to help me pack up my car with our luggage from the loaner before we hit the road. Above and beyond!

As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. I hit a pothole on a Brooklyn Street after the last NY snow and got 2 blowouts, front and rear tires on the drivers side. I was able to pull into a legal parking spot. My car does not have a spare, and even if it did it wouldn't help. I contacted roadside assistance and waited on hold for 1 hour. Finally I contacted Audi Brooklyn service department and explained my situation. The service manager set up a pickup and drop-off situation for me. The next morning at 9am 2 technicians came and changed the 2 flats with 2 spares they brought with them and took my car into service. They even reminded me that I had Audi Tire Hazard insurance, so the whole thing cost me nothing out of pocket. 2 new tires. Pickup and Drop-off. $0. Wow! Thank You!
Purchased the New 2017 Q3 after a wonderful sales experience. Days later I drove the New 2017 Q5 and decided to switch cars to the new 2017 Q5.
Not only My sales specialist Ms. Marilyn Tedesco and the sales manager Mr. Edwin Mercedes were so excited, they actually helped me very efficiently and promptly through the exchange process.
Let me say this, I paid for the difference in prices which was very fair and was out of the dealership with the new Q5 in less than half an hour..This is how business is done and loyalty is granted.
I'm very happy, and satisfied about the whole process form beginning to end specially that I live in NYC and ending up purchasing from Audi Meadowlands. That says a lot.

This was my first purchase from Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River, and my fourth Audi vehicle. It did not disappoint! I purchased a new 2018 Audi Q7. I worked with both Will Giarusso and Matt Siderio, who were both tremendously professional, polite, and attentive. Will went above and beyond ??? locating the specific vehicle, delivering the vehicle to me, staying after hours, etc. Overall, a positive and first-rate experience!

Audi Brand Specialist Joshua Patterson is the consummate gentleman-salesman. Now granted, yes: a salesman wants to sell you a car - so you would safely assume they'll be polite, solicitous, "whatever it takes." But within two minutes of meeting him I explained, plainly, that "I'm not buying today; this is the beginning of my research and 'hunt.'" /// He didn't bat an eye, didn't pressure. /// Instead, he spent close to a full hour with me, answering every question (including the "lame" ones), and proceeded to walk me out into pouring rain, holding an umbrella over me, so I could sit in one of the vehicles and comb over it. (This, while he stood outside under his own umbrella while I examined the interior.) /// (Personal note: Joshua, I'm sorry if I talked your ear off. Thank you for your patience.) /// All that said, it's that style of consideration and approach to actually conversing with and hearing the concerns a potential customer that gets a customer like me back into the showroom. And, if I settle on an Audi and we can come to agreement on price and other terms, you can be sure I'll give my business to Mr. Patterson.

My husband and I had the pleasure of leasing our second Audi with Audi North Orlando on July 21, 2016 from Frank De Wilde. It was by far, the best car leasing experience we've had. Frank made our transaction smooth, easy and fast as we drove up from the Florida Keys just to work with Frank. I called Frank about a week earlier and told him exactly what we were looking for as we needed a bigger vehicle than our current Q3 to pull our boat. He recommended the Q5 with a towing package, emailed me pictures of what was in stock and within a few hours, we decided on the one we wanted and set a date to pick it up. Once we arrived to the dealership after driving 6 1/2 hours from the Keys, Frank greeted us and we were in our new Q5 within less than an hour! I brag to all of our friends about our experience as it truly has left a wonderful impression with us. We will be back for our next vehicle and look forward to another great experience from Frank and Audi North Orlando.
I have taken my 2012 VW Jetta here for service since I moved to Daphne, AL in 2013. From scheduling the appointment to getting the work completed, it is always easy. Dennis Healy, Brand Ambassador, is professional, courteous and on the money with the estimate of time to complete the service and the cost. They have never tried to up sell me any additional services. My car is always clean after the service. They also have kiosk work stations and a very clean, comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary beverages and popcorn. There is another VW dealer closer to me but it is worth the extra 15 minute drive for the outstanding customer service.
I think this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had the guy that sold me the car Lance Matekel was honest and that is not something you find at a dealership. Not only that 2 days after I bought the car he called me and told me he found the second key of the car. And he didn't even have to do that because I've told him I want to buy an extra key.
I was having a problem with my Audi Connect, and after speaking with numerous people over the phone (who could not seem to understand what was wrong with the system), I decided to head over to the DFW Audi dealership. I spoke with Ruby Rodriguez, the Tech Specialist. Not only was Ruby extremely friendly, she was also very eager to help in any way that she could. After taking the time with me to walk through every step of the set-up process, we also were unsuccessful in getting the system to work. I mentioned to her that the Audi Connect technical support team was sending me a new SIM card, and I should receive it that following Friday. Ruby right away mentioned to me, that as soon as I receive the new card, to come back to dealership and she would set this one up from the start. Once I received the card, I came back to the dealership, and just as Ruby mentioned, she walked through all of the steps that she normally would to set up an Audi Connect account. Unfortunately, it still did not work. Ruby never got frustrated, but instead became more inquisitive. Her persistence eventually got us to someone on the Audi Connect dealer support team, who was able get everything to work perfectly!!! I do not think I have ever received customer service like this before! Thank you Ruby and thank you DFW Audi for the way you treat your customers! It truly makes a difference!
We came in for routine maintenance and it turned out we needed a level 4 servicing (about a 10 hour job) but our appointment was at 3 pm so there was no way they were going to be able to finish before 7. They told me they would get as much finished as possible and then we could schedule an appointment for the rest at a later date. When doing the servicing they found that a couple of our tires were extremely bald. I had already known that and was planning to replace them but I appreciated them pointing it out. They also diagnosed a squeaking problem and filed a claim with warrantee (since it was a CPO car) for me! When I showed up to pick up my car the service representative was drenched in sweat. He told me that the detailing crew had left early so he personally washed and detailed my car himself! Everyone there is super friendly and unbelievably helpful!
Twice now I have used the team at Prestige Inports to service my Cars, and both times have been great. The first time I brought my Audi in because it was making a weird noise. It took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they nailed it. No one else was able to figure it out. The second time, I brought my ???78 928 in for an alignment. And they got it just right. When the mechanic took it for a test drive, he wasn???t entirely pleased, so he aligned it again. And it is perfect now. It drives like a brand new car. Thank you for taking such great care of my cars!
I came in for a maintenance service on my Audi A6 and ended up falling in love with the Q7. Taggart was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Q7! He was awesome and I really appreciated the process from start to finish! I'm now the proud owner of a 2018 Audi Q7 thanks to Audi Lehi and the fine service I received from Taggart and his Manager John.
I purchased my new 1998 Audi A4 originally from Scottsdale Audi. My service advisor Al Rizzo, had been exceptional. I love my car and want to keep it in tip top shape. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. When I use valet service at resorts, often the bellmen want to purchase my car....it is immaculate. Thank you Al, for your continued care!
