My husband and I leased 2 new Nissans during a few days of each other. That should tell you something. My husband & I worked with Chantel Mitchell, Sales Consultant & Lydia Reed, Sales Manager. Both Lydia Reed & Chantel Mitchell went above & beyond to make sure my husband & I were taken care of with our purchases. Chantel Mitchell was Professional, Knowledgeable and Customer Service Oriented, she was Genuine and straight forward. Something you rarely experience with sales people at a car dealership. She was very patient with my many many questions and I truly enjoyed the experience of getting, not 1, but 2 cars within 3 days of each other. Everyone that we worked with or came in contact with was friendly and eager to assist. I don???t fill out many surveys, but this experience merited a very good one! Extra Note: When Chantel & I went to turn in my old car to Ford, down the street, there was a couple who was admiring my new Nissan Rouge in the parking lot and we got to chatting. They were in the market to buy 1 (possibly 2) vehicles. They really liked the look of my new Nissan Rouge. Anyway, we went about our separate business. Me turning in my old lease & they were in and out of the floor models waiting for someone to help them. Surprisingly, NOBODY ever approached them. Not one person! Crazy!! Keep in mind, this was a newly remodeled, big, & fancy dealership with so many sales people sitting around. When I left, the couple came out after being completely ignored. I HIGHLY recommended Chantel & Suburban Nissan and they went there and ended up buying their car from Nissan. Customer Service Guaranteed! Chantel & Lydia, many thanks for making our car buying experience quick & painless. We appreciate it more than you know! Very pleased with our decision. Never underestimate the power of true customer service!
