Just purchased my first Land Rover, a 2016 LR4, and was warmly welcomed as a new member of the Jaguar Land Rover Norwood family. Dan Averbukh and Miki Ferris provided SUPERB customer service and went above and beyond ensuring that I got the car I wanted. Dan's expertise and Miki's unwaivering patience were constant throughout the process. Every question answered, all concerns addressed. Attentive. Invested. No detail too small. And it bears mentioning that I originally purchased a different model which just wasn't the right fit. After driving it for a week, I returned to the dealership and asked what my options were. I was certain there would be penalties to be paid and resistance on options offered. 3 hours later? I drove off the lot in a brand spanking new 2016 LR4. Thank you Dan and Miki!
