Adora Fryant was truly exceptional. I know that the expectation is that a salesperson will receive perfect 10s, and I have given such high scores in the past, but Adora is the first one which I actually feel is deserving of such high marks and praise. Adora was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line of Audi vehicles. I had initially gone in to look at the A6/A7. After that initial session, I talked with her again and she shared about the recent updates to the A4 and that it might be a better fit for what I was looking for. Eventually, she helped me decide on the S4 and the particular options that would be important and relevant to me. She was always available to provide info and help, both over the phone and in person. I have subsequently leaned on her knowledge in looking at Audis for my wife. I would happily recommend her to any friend or family member who was considering an Audi. If I could rate her higher than a 10 on the given scale, I would. Adora Fryant, Chris Curtin, and Jack Serena were very easy to work with on negotiating the deal and financing. Of the ~10 dealerships that I contacted to obtain a quote, the team at Audi Chandler was the most competitive. In addition, they made sure that the financing available (including the Summer of Audi incentives) was as good as the other financing options I was looking at through our credit union. This consideration saved me the time and effort of needing to go through that process and allowing me to close the deal sooner.
Todays auto shopper is not the same one 25 years ago. With the information age providing the potential buyer an array of autos, financing options, and performance reviews - theres actually little for the lot salesman to do. Tell the above to about 85% of the auto dealerships! July 2017 my Jeep was totaled - and after receiving various quotes on cars I was interested in purchasing, my weekends were spent "car shopping"! Pre-armed with pricing, many dealerships/salesmen insult the buyer - mainly by quoting a sales price much higher than that quote provided to the customer, often leaving the customer feeling there's an attempt to take advantage of him/her. Not at Circle and the way Rainer handled "my" piece of business! Walked up as I was visually inspecting the car - introduced himself and said little, not a lot of BS talking. Test drive - he was literally "silent"! I indicated I wanted the car: I handed him a printout with the quoted price "I" was to purchase the vehicle! He and the very nice finance lady "processed the deal", total elapsed time - I estimate about 1.5 hours. The most important of all - "I felt good about it"! This is how I know to buy a car! Very highly recommended😎!

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

The customer service is great you don't have a salesman breathing down your neck pressuring you about the car inside and on the lot ... The pricing is unbeatable! You will get a clean quality reliable car from here no lemon and it is all straight forward you know what you are exactly getting . The paper work process took less than an hour both times . This will be the best car buying experience ever ! Highly recommended!
I purchased a new 2017 RDX about 2 months ago. I worked with SJ Duong and I never felt pressured. He was very helpful and extremely nice to deal with. Up until today, if I send him a text message about a question on my RDX he knows the answer. He gets back to me within minutes. I feel like I was very lucky to get him as a sales guy. I was very worried about getting a new car with all that technology, but SJ Duong made that a very comforting experience. He is the absolute best. Ask for SJ Duong if you are going to buy an Acura. You will not be disappointed.
Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.
I was on my way to the mall on a bright Saturday afternoon, at about 3:20pm, when I heard a beep coming from my dashboard. I looked at the message and it said to "turn off the engine and check the coolant." I panicked. My afternoon was ruined!, I thought. Luckily, I was a couple of minutes away from Town Audi and I pulled up to the service area immediately. I was greeted by one of the representatives and I explained what had happened. I told him that I needed my car back the same day because I live in NY, but I was going to the mall in NJ. He took down my information and told me he would get back to me as soon as the diagnostic test was done. I decided to visit a friend in the area thinking that it was going to take at least until closing time, 5:00pm.
To my surprise, about 45 minutes later, I received a call from David, my rep. My car was done and ready to be picked up!! I was so grateful and excited. My plans were not ruined, after all. Well, needless to say, I went to the mall and spend the rest of the afternoon very happy.
Best car buying experience ever! My husband Joseph arrived earlier than expected yesterday at Audi Dealership only to be warmly welcomed by the new General Manager Jeff Spilsbury (who has just started two days ago). Jeff immediately gave me the privilege of working with a true professional salesman Howard Rabkin. Not only did they give us top dollar for our trade , they also gave us a great deal our new 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350. They had a great selection of pre owned used vehicles on their front line of their used car lot.I also must give special thanks to Cameron the product specialist who on this hot 100 degree day help me set up my new vehicle,as well as clean out my trade in.I would also like to give a shout out to the Service Department Manager John Lynch for pulling off a last minute request on my end of fresh oil change(which the dealership gave me as a thank you present) John the Finance Manager worked very hard to give us the best rate possible and and he lets us go to the mall shopping while he was preparing our paperwork and called us when it was our turn to finalize the deal so we literally done in less than 15 minutes.THIS IS WHAT I CALL FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!
