I'd been shopping for a BMW convertible online and was notified by CarGuru of a clean older model. I sent an inquiry and Auto Collection responded almost immediately offering me a test drive. I live only about 30 minute drive so I visited them a couple fo days later. The car was just what I wanted so we quickly made a deal, after they agreed to let me get a Pre-Purchase Inspection done at the BMW dealer nearby. The inspection found a few minor issues which Hans at Car Collection readily agreed to fix at their expense. It was all so easy that it was hard to believe. I drove the car home the next day and have been loving it ever since. Shawn, the inventory manager, did a great job explaining how things work and showing us the features, etc. I highly recommend you give them a try. They have some really nice cars in inventory.

My husband and I had the pleasure of leasing our second Audi with Audi North Orlando on July 21, 2016 from Frank De Wilde. It was by far, the best car leasing experience we've had. Frank made our transaction smooth, easy and fast as we drove up from the Florida Keys just to work with Frank. I called Frank about a week earlier and told him exactly what we were looking for as we needed a bigger vehicle than our current Q3 to pull our boat. He recommended the Q5 with a towing package, emailed me pictures of what was in stock and within a few hours, we decided on the one we wanted and set a date to pick it up. Once we arrived to the dealership after driving 6 1/2 hours from the Keys, Frank greeted us and we were in our new Q5 within less than an hour! I brag to all of our friends about our experience as it truly has left a wonderful impression with us. We will be back for our next vehicle and look forward to another great experience from Frank and Audi North Orlando.
I think this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had the guy that sold me the car Lance Matekel was honest and that is not something you find at a dealership. Not only that 2 days after I bought the car he called me and told me he found the second key of the car. And he didn't even have to do that because I've told him I want to buy an extra key.
We have purchased 4 Mercedes-Benz and absolutely love the sales team (Tony!) and the service team (Jody, Cathi, Sam). I've been to other dealers and service places, and Zimbrick European is light years better! You never have to worry or second guess what they are saying. They also keep you super informed on how you car is doing with super detailed reports. I love the text communication and payment options-makes picking car up so convenient. We had an older car with high miles that developed issues, and they helped us out going above and beyond to minimize the stress...and eventually taking that one on trade for a new one! I don't trust anyone with our cars, except the folks here!
Rich helped my find and acquire my dream A8L in Glacier White. He took care of every aspect and got it home to Stratham from Texas. Followed it through the Certification process, crossed the T's and dotted the I's. Cathy helped me understand what I needed to know to fly the A8L! What an incredible automobile the A8L is! Can't wait to send customers to Audi Stratham 😎👍🏻
Service was good. However, I have to wait more than 45 mins to get a shuttle. On a morning of a working day. Also I saw some more people waiting for the service. I have experienced with other dealers because I have also Ford and Doge cars and shuttle service waiting time is less than 15 mins. Probably would be good to review the demand and may be have at least another shuttle car.
