I wanted to express to you and your staff my gratitude for saving me from a very difficult situation last week. I flew to Ohio to pick up an A8 from a dealer there late Thursday afternoon. About 175 miles into an 1800 mile road trip back home, the idler pulley failed and the serpentine belt snapped about 10 miles east of Indianapolis. Since it was 10pm, I had to get some help to get the car to your dealership where I left it on your doorstep with a pleading note to help. The following morning, Andrew came to my rescue and was excellent throughout my experience. Your staff by the stroke of luck was able to overnight the part from Wisconsin, and Bryce and the Tech (I'm sorry I don't know his name), were able to get me back together on Saturday for a relatively uneventful drive back home. If your staff wasn't as professional and helpful as they were, I fear I would have been stranded there over the entire holiday weekend, or I would have had to fly back home and come back at a later time. They were outstanding. The only regret I have is that your dealership is too far from where I live to be my go to for your valuable service. However, if I ever find myself in Indianapolis; Audi Indianapolis has a lifelong customer. Thank you again, and please express my appreciate to your staff. UPDATE: 10/06/2016 Additional extenuating circumstances led to my reaching out to the General Manager of Audi Indianapolis for some help with a particular issue. The dealership certainly had no obligation to help me, but Rod Ingalls was absolutely gracious and understanding and helped me as much as I could ask for. Thank you Audi Indianapolis and as I have mentioned, I will be a loyal customer for life.

It was the end of the work day. For once I planned to leave right at closing time rather than much later as I often do. I got in my car (a 2006 Dodge Charger) and turned the key in the ignition, eager to run some errands before an evening committment. The engine turned over for only a second, then suddenly the tension against the key released and the engine stopped cranking! The key was spinning freely in the ignition switch, which had broken and was stuck in the Accessories position. i had no need to worry though; after a prompt visit by an AAA tow truck and a quick phone call to the service department at Tom O'Brien Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, my car was in good hands. We got there just a few minutes past closing time, but the friendly and dedicated staff waited for my car and I to be delivered and they even helped me with securing a loaner vehicle. The repairs were completed, and even included a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection. Their customer service is second-to-none and they genuinely care about each and every customer, no matter the age of the vehicle nor what repairs it needs. When I am finally ready to replace my car, I'll definitely be doing business with the fine folks at Tom O'Brien on 96th Street!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I went from an A4 to a Q3, because I wanted more hauling capacity. Was very pleased to find that I didn't lose any of the awesome driving experience that I was used to with my A4. The Q3 offers a little more comfort, while still having quick response when I hit the gas. Still in love with Audi's!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

After driving a 4Runner, Mercedes crossover , and jeep grand cherokee, the Q3 was by far the best to drive and had all the bells and whistles. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. It drives right in the middle of a Mercedes and BMW. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

I searched for months, both online and in my area, for the specific car that I wanted: A 2013 Lexus GS 350 F SPORT with AWD. I finally found one that had been owned and operated in California, which was a big deal to me because I didn't want one that had been owned and operated in a Rust Belt or cold weather state due to corrosion issues. This dealer had bought this car at auction in CA the week prior to me finding it on Cars.com and when I called the dealer, the guy I spoke to (Amir) was very friendly and helpful. He even climbed under the car for me on the lot and took photos of the undercarriage and the engine compartment to show me that the car was very clean and had no rust. I live in KS and this dealer is in IN, so this was going to be a complicated deal since I also had a car that I wanted to sell (not trade, but sell for cash). I had never bought a car from an out-of-state dealer, and I did my homework on Fishers Imports. They had nearly perfect reviews, but I still shared my apprehension with Shawn and Amir but they put my concerns at ease. These guys (Amir and Shawn) were patient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They made me a fair cash offer for my car, sold me the Lexus for a fair price, and did their part to make the transaction quick and smooth. I drove my car there and sold it to them and purchased the Lexus and drove it home, all in the same 1,100 mile and 18-hour day. I even had some (previously unknown to me) minor title issue with the car that I sold to them, but they helped me work those out and get the transaction done. The car that they sold me was as advertised, and I've been driving it for nearly a month with no issues or surprises. The car was clean and in very nice condition. They were responsive via phone and email, and while there were some minor bumps along the way they did what they needed to do to get things right and ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction. I would buy another car from these guys, even long-distance, and I would also recommend them to family and friends alike. To date, I'm completely satisfied with this experience.

I am just an average "Joe" with the same objective as everyone else reading these reviews. I wanted a quality automobile at a fair price. With this objective in mind I brought my wife to Indy Luxury Motorsports (ILM) to take a look at their inventory. She immediately picked out a car and badda-bin, badda-boom, I purchased the automobile. Two days later a car buyers worst nightmare occurred; the check engine light came on and drops of oil started showing up on the garage floor. I immediately brought the car back to the dealership to shake my fist and stomp my foot. After explaining the problem they assured me that they would make it "right" and gave my wife a car to use while they diagnosed the problem. As it turned out, they could not determine the cause in their in house service department so they took the car to BMW (at their own expense) for a thorough check-up. After several days at the dealership we found out that the problem was much greater than anticipated and exceeded the value of the warranty that we purchased for the car. Now, most dealerships would have said "bummer, you own the car, we can't be responsible for the car once it drives off our lot" but not ILM, they took the problem car back and let us pick out another automobile. And for our trouble they upgraded the warrantee we purchased, our car is now covered by a 7 year, 84,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warrantee. Now, this could have been a car buyer's worst nightmare but because of ILM's outstanding integrity it turned out being a pleasant experience. In today's day and age when the automotive industry is plagued with unscrupulous businesses it is genuinely refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind their product. You can purchase a car at ILM knowing that you will get a good car, and if there is a problem (as their often is when purchasing a used vehicle), they will work with you to rectify the situation. Absolutely amazing interior. Quiet ride, and is exceptionally smooth. Driving feels so much more enjoyable in this thing. I sat in the back and I'm 5'11 with longer legs and did not feel cramped. While there certainly is not a lot of storage space in the rear compared to a CRV i can live with that for better mileage and less weight.

This was my first experience with Ed Martin Buick GMC and Jon Steele in particular. Not knowing anyone at this dealership I was reluctant to stop in (we had offered a used car for sale on line and Jon contacted me with interest in seeing it). Not stopping would have been a huge mistake. I was treated like their best customer although we had just met. Jon and the team at Ed Martin were professional. None of the silly games dealerships are sometimes known for. Not these guys. I was there maybe half an hour while they assessed our vehicle and gave us a very fair valuation on it. We'd done our homework on what its value should be and that's what we were offered at Ed Martin, so there was no reason to shop it any further. I would love to work with Jon and the guys in the future. Felt very welcome even though i was not a buyer....today. People there were genuinely friendly and the level of professionalism was evident across every single employee i met. All the paper work was completed and we were out the door again this morning with a check and completed deal...all in less than 1/2 hr. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I purchased my 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro on the last week of November 2014. I opted to go with the Prestige trim level which was still available at that time and includes all the bells and whistles. It included all-wheel drive Quattro, interior LED mood lighting, moonroof, navigation system with Google Earth, and premium Bose audio system. It's July 2018 and I've just reached the 50,000 mile mark. The Audi Q3 has been solid from the start. We took it on a road trip to Texas and New Mexico in the middle of winter. We ran into blizzards, black ice, snow, as well as sweltering heat in Arizona. The Quattro system is hands down the best all-wheel drive system I've ever driven. As we descended down the hill from Carlsbad Caverns, there was black ice everywhere. Many people were slipping and falling in the parking lot. In the Audi Q3 Quattro, we couldn't even tell the roads were icy. As we watched other vehicles slip and slide, ours was sure footed and secure. We continued to drive through a blizzard to our hotel without issue. The next day there was about 7 inches of snow on the highways, we cruised along at nice speeds without issue again. This is on the stock Continental All Weather tires, albeit they were brand new. We drove along as we saw over 10 vehicles that had slid off the road on the way to White Sands National Park. Again, our Audi Q3 Quattro was surefooted as ever. Even my wife who hates treacherous driving conditions commented that she felt really safe and secure in the vehicle in those conditions. The exterior looks nice, the interior reflect Audi's level of quality and refinement. As much as I can say a modern Volkswagon looks and feels like an Audi, there's a level of refinement and service that puts the Audi above them. The ride and drive is like that of a crossover. It feels and drives like a car, the stiff suspension and handling are very good. The steering is electronically adjusted for the speed you are driving so it is nice and light as slow speeds and becomes tighter and responsive at higher speeds. The ride height is not as high as an SUV but sits well above any sedan. The higher view of the road and traffic is nice is helpful and a positive driving experience. The power under the hood is sufficient for any drive. It may feel a bit underpowered at times but the horsepower and torque is balanced and comfortable. It's in the middle if considering a BMW, which is sporty and a Mercedes, which is comfortable. This is what I like about Audi, it balances sportiness and comfort well. Since owning the Audi Q3 Quattro since end of 2014, it has been solid. Only getting an alignment after running over a huge pot hole on the freeway and a nail in the side of the tire from a trip to Yosemite. Other than that it has been in for regularly scheduled services. I love that fact that you can connect your phone via bluetooth and playback music services over the Q3's multimedia system as well as search for destinations and places using Audi Connect services. The satellite 3D view of the maps in the navigation system are also very nice. The vehicle may not have been updated for while in terms of interior and infotainment technology but it is solid. It is lagging behind the newer Audi vehicles and this may be a deciding factor whether to purchase a Q3 or vehicle with more updated infotainment systems. For instance I'm still stuck on 3G connection in the vehicle but I heard the newer Q3s support 4G LTE. I've seen more Q3s on the road as they are being returned from leases. At the prices they are selling after lease, it's difficult to find a more refined and quality ride for the price since you can now find 2013 S5s around $40,000 used, when you can buy a brand new fully loaded Q3 for nearly the same cost.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.
Good car but nothing special

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish!
