As I was looking for my dream car I fell upon Michaels Auto's in Orlando and was so happy to say that I actually drove down 3 hours to look at my Luxury Audi Car and I am proud to say I bought it. They actually had it priced lower that I intended to pay so I was happy about that too. I have never seen a car so clean I would have thought it was new. My husband and I had the pleasure of leasing our second Audi with Audi North Orlando on July 21, 2016 from Frank De Wilde. It was by far, the best car leasing experience we've had. Frank made our transaction smooth, easy and fast as we drove up from the Florida Keys just to work with Frank. I called Frank about a week earlier and told him exactly what we were looking for as we needed a bigger vehicle than our current Q3 to pull our boat. He recommended the Q5 with a towing package, emailed me pictures of what was in stock and within a few hours, we decided on the one we wanted and set a date to pick it up. Once we arrived to the dealership after driving 6 1/2 hours from the Keys, Frank greeted us and we were in our new Q5 within less than an hour! I brag to all of our friends about our experience as it truly has left a wonderful impression with us. We will be back for our next vehicle and look forward to another great experience from Frank and Audi North Orlando.

I went from an A4 to a Q3, because I wanted more hauling capacity. Was very pleased to find that I didn't lose any of the awesome driving experience that I was used to with my A4. The Q3 offers a little more comfort, while still having quick response when I hit the gas. Still in love with Audi's!

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

After driving a 4Runner, Mercedes crossover , and jeep grand cherokee, the Q3 was by far the best to drive and had all the bells and whistles. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. It drives right in the middle of a Mercedes and BMW. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

I worked with Brandon Lowe for several months to find the right vehicle for me. We went through several A4s and a few Q5s before finding the right car. Nearly all of our negotiating was done via e-mail, with occasional in-person visits to check out several cars. When the right time came, all I had to do was come into the dealership and sign the paperwork, all the hassle and negotiating was done up front from the comfort of my house. I can't stress how pleasurable it was to work with Brandon during this experience¿ and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Audi North Orlando to anyone else.

There is no comparison between the driving experience of a European can and that of a Japanese or American manufacturer. This car has the style and handling experience you'd expect from a premium European car as well as the utilitarian size, which is suitable for most people, and particularly beneficial for urban settings.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

This car is super fun to drive. The turbo-injected 2.0L engine gets up and goes. And its hard to beat Audi quattro for snowy winters. I bought it for commuting to work, but works equally well for hauling the family around on weekends and trips with adequate rear seat legroom.

No pressure to buy no sales person chasing you down, ridiculously huge inventory all makes from Alfa Romeo 🚘😘, to Maseratti, from BMW to Nissan any car you can imagine they carry at a very decent price. Absolutely amazing interior. Quiet ride, and is exceptionally smooth. Driving feels so much more enjoyable in this thing. I sat in the back and I'm 5'11 with longer legs and did not feel cramped. While there certainly is not a lot of storage space in the rear compared to a CRV i can live with that for better mileage and less weight.

Outstanding! Greemway Ford's prices are the BEST!!! We were quoted MUCH HIGHER tire prices at other locations, at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, and even online at the TireRack. We were amazed. We discovered costs to ship from online companies caused the total expense to skyrocket. We discovered tires provided from "discount" tire companies were OLDER when we reviewed the DOT number. We LOVED the option of the THREE YEAR ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY provided by Ford, which is the best we found anywhere and very affordable. We loved Greenway Ford offered a 12 month interest FREE credit card that was easy to obtain. We were treated like family by the advisors and have always had a great relationship with Kevin Swata who kept us up to date and showed us the importance of having an alignment completed as well. Good car but nothing special

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

This car is a dream. It drives so smoothly. It feels sporty and luxurious at the same time. By far my favorite car ever. The technology is a little difficult to figure out at first. My only complaint would be the owner’s manual isn’t as user friendly as I would like, but that may be all me.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.

I purchased my 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro on the last week of November 2014. I opted to go with the Prestige trim level which was still available at that time and includes all the bells and whistles. It included all-wheel drive Quattro, interior LED mood lighting, moonroof, navigation system with Google Earth, and premium Bose audio system. It's July 2018 and I've just reached the 50,000 mile mark. The Audi Q3 has been solid from the start. We took it on a road trip to Texas and New Mexico in the middle of winter. We ran into blizzards, black ice, snow, as well as sweltering heat in Arizona. The Quattro system is hands down the best all-wheel drive system I've ever driven. As we descended down the hill from Carlsbad Caverns, there was black ice everywhere. Many people were slipping and falling in the parking lot. In the Audi Q3 Quattro, we couldn't even tell the roads were icy. As we watched other vehicles slip and slide, ours was sure footed and secure. We continued to drive through a blizzard to our hotel without issue. The next day there was about 7 inches of snow on the highways, we cruised along at nice speeds without issue again. This is on the stock Continental All Weather tires, albeit they were brand new. We drove along as we saw over 10 vehicles that had slid off the road on the way to White Sands National Park. Again, our Audi Q3 Quattro was surefooted as ever. Even my wife who hates treacherous driving conditions commented that she felt really safe and secure in the vehicle in those conditions. The exterior looks nice, the interior reflect Audi's level of quality and refinement. As much as I can say a modern Volkswagon looks and feels like an Audi, there's a level of refinement and service that puts the Audi above them. The ride and drive is like that of a crossover. It feels and drives like a car, the stiff suspension and handling are very good. The steering is electronically adjusted for the speed you are driving so it is nice and light as slow speeds and becomes tighter and responsive at higher speeds. The ride height is not as high as an SUV but sits well above any sedan. The higher view of the road and traffic is nice is helpful and a positive driving experience. The power under the hood is sufficient for any drive. It may feel a bit underpowered at times but the horsepower and torque is balanced and comfortable. It's in the middle if considering a BMW, which is sporty and a Mercedes, which is comfortable. This is what I like about Audi, it balances sportiness and comfort well. Since owning the Audi Q3 Quattro since end of 2014, it has been solid. Only getting an alignment after running over a huge pot hole on the freeway and a nail in the side of the tire from a trip to Yosemite. Other than that it has been in for regularly scheduled services. I love that fact that you can connect your phone via bluetooth and playback music services over the Q3's multimedia system as well as search for destinations and places using Audi Connect services. The satellite 3D view of the maps in the navigation system are also very nice. The vehicle may not have been updated for while in terms of interior and infotainment technology but it is solid. It is lagging behind the newer Audi vehicles and this may be a deciding factor whether to purchase a Q3 or vehicle with more updated infotainment systems. For instance I'm still stuck on 3G connection in the vehicle but I heard the newer Q3s support 4G LTE. I've seen more Q3s on the road as they are being returned from leases. At the prices they are selling after lease, it's difficult to find a more refined and quality ride for the price since you can now find 2013 S5s around $40,000 used, when you can buy a brand new fully loaded Q3 for nearly the same cost.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!
