I had bought my Audi in Coral Springs as I was referred to someone there a couple of years ago. I always had good experiences there. On Saturday night last week, my car's battery died on me and I had to jump it on Sunday morning to get it started. I showed up at WPB Audi at 11am when they opened and met with Jennifer (Service Advisor) who greeted me with a big smile and how can we help you. I though I was going to have to leave my car and uber home and was offered the opportunity to wait for my car which I was incredibly happy about. Jennifer also offered me a complimentary car wash which I thought was great. Jennifer was the ultimate professional. Dressed well, big smile, upbeat, kept me in the loop as things were going through the process with my car and couldn't have done a better job. No idea how long she's been working at WPB Audi, but I could see her moving up the ranks quickly. Great experience!!! Now having visited with WPM Audi, I will certainly go there when buying my next car which could be another Audi. Place was beautiful and people there were very nice and professional.

Ahres did and excellent job handling the service needs for my 2016 Audi A7. He was courteous, professional and respectful. The process was smooth and I can???t tell you how much I appreciate the excellent quality service. He was able to help me clearly explain the issues, resolve them and keep the process simple. This level of service goes a long way in future purchases and service needs. Having someone I can trust who is capable and experienced in handling these issues gives me peace of mind when purchasing and Audi. Not all dealers are like this and Ahres by far was the best service advisor I???ve had with any car. It makes a difference when deciding on my next vehicle! He was very efficient and John the other advisor was also there to help make the process smooth like arranging for the rental car even though he didn???t have to (some advisors just sit in there chair and stare into space when they aren???t busy with their own customer). These guys are awesome, thank you again!

Matt and the team at Audi of Palo Alto went above and beyond my expectations. i arrived after their service center was closed via a tow truck at 6:30pm. I am not an exisitng customer yet Matt gave me one of their 2018 Audi A4 courtesy cars for my long drive home to Mill Valley. After we discovered they discovered the irreparable damage to the engine of my Audi A6. Matt did not pressure on me and together we filed a succesful claim with Audi of North America as the faulty fuel injector that caused all the sequential damage was under warranty . The result : a brand new engine courtesy of Audi and Matt did not even charge me for the courtesy vehicle I had over two weeks. I know where I will be going to purchase my next Audi!

I could not possibly be more satisfied with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Premium on 4/25/18. First, I will say that my demonstration drive was highly enjoyable. I learned a lot about the vehicle, and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. I have never purchased a Toyota, so I had a lot to learn about the features and benefits of the vehicle I was driving. When it came to negotiation, the process was a breeze and was very reasonable and comfortable. One day after taking delivery of the vehicle, my Entune model 100150 multimedia system with navigation unfortunately stopped functioning. As the vehicle was out of its manufacturer's warranty and it had not qualified for an extended service contract with its nearly 90,000 miles, the dealer was technically under no legal obligation to repair or replace the head unit. This is where Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford truly set themselves apart from every other dealer I've dealt with. Working collaboratively with my sales person Jonathan Nyquist, the store's General Sales Manager Charles Ellis, and their Finance Director Jason Bell, we reached an excellent solution. The team agreed that the dealership would split the cost of a brand new radio with me. The job was $1,000, and I did not have the $500 in cash to pay at the time for my half of the job. Jason in finance was able to negotiate with my lender to have my half of the radio replacement added to my financing, which only increased my payment by a couple of dollars. The team in the parts and service department also exceeded my expectations. My new radio was coming from California, and we expected it to arrive in about 5 days. Only two days after the parts department ordered the unit, I received a call from Chan Coleman in the service department letting me know that I could come in immediately to have the radio installed! The installation took under one hour, and my radio is now functioning perfectly. About one week after I purchased my vehicle, I received a mystery package in the mail from the dealership. The package contained two Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford coffee mugs and two bags of delicious cookie cups! The company was even so kind as to include the recipe for the delicacies they sent, and I'll certainly be baking them in the future. I cannot thank the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford enough for their hard work and dedication. This dealership has raised the bar for the entire industry. I highly recommend Jonathan Nyquist as a sales representative if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I also had very positive interactions with Robert Jordan and Johnathan Whitfield in sales, going on very enjoyable test drives with each of them. Thank you to Shannon Jones in the Internet Department for providing information on availability over the phone prior to my visit to the lot! I was treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect every step of the way by each member of the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. It is clear that this automotive group is dedicated to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention, and I absolutely plan to do business with them in the future.

I being a single mom with 2 kids and bad credit(2 repo's and ALL) came to Matthews Motors on 4/15/17, I had the vehicle in mind I wanted, it was already sold the day before. I opted to buy a 2013 Cadillac XTS a sweet ride with low mileage. However, after 4 days I realized this was NOT the car for myself and kids. I went back today and they were able to put me in a vehicle I wanted, a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE with low mileage 32k to be exact! When I say I CAN'T thank GOD and ALL the staff here, I truly CAN'T. I will FOREVER come here and refer ANYONE I know to do the same! Robert Walker, Mike Fischer, Sonny(I hope I spelled it right) THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart and soul. You were able to give me a SECOND chance to get my credit together AND put me and my children into a car that is JUST RIGHT for US (safe, reliable and practical)! and that I WANTED! All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

We were in need of a car after someone hit my wife's SUV and totaled it. I searched on the internet, and saw a car I was interested in at Hannah's. We went down there and they were super busy, but they found the time to stop and help us by letting us test drive the car, and taking it to our mechanic for him to give us the thumbs up, or thumbs down. We had the car for over half a day, and Hannah's did not call or bug us. We got the thumbs up, and have now driven the car for over two years. The only problems we've had were with sensors, which couldn't have been seen during the inspection. We fixed the sensors, and the car rides like a dream. Thank you Hannah for your professionalism and service. We'll definitely shop there again.

I have been the proud owner of the Audi Q5 3.0 for the past 3 years and the time had come to start shopping for a new car because my lease was ending in November of 2018. We brought my Q5 in for it's 35K service and asked to drive a Q7 3.0 while we waited. I loved the Q5, but wanted a little bit bigger of a car for road trips. I had already test driven the 2 Lexus SUV's and the Cadillac Escalade. On this day my goal was to drive the Q7 and the Infinite QX80. Len was ready for us when we were finished signing my Q5 in for service (Michele Lukas is my service adviser and she rocks!!!) Len first showed us all the new features on the Q7, in the showroom, and the differences between it and my Q5. Next was the drive. He started out driving and again showing us the awesome features and then it was my turn. I was comfortable as soon as I got behind the wheel and just loved it. It's drives like a dream, is quiet, fast and was everything I hoped it would be. When we returned to the dealership I told my husband we didn't need to drive the Infinite, that the Q7 was the car for me. Len was my sales associate for my Q5 and we were very happy he was our sales associate for the Q7. He really worked with us in explaining the differences we would have with leasing again versus buying and really went to bat for us once we decided to purchase the vehicle. He got everything setup for us and we were through financing with Gene in no time. Len is a great guy to work with. He is so knowledgeable about the car and was again a pleasure to work with. My husband and I will continue to recommend Audi Cary and Len if anyone is looking for a recommendation. As I mentioned previously, Michele is my service adviser and everyone in the service department is great too. It really is a very nice dealership to work with. Thank you Len for helping me get a great birthday present!!!!!

I was so LUCKY to be met by Danny Feagans when I stepped in the the Durham, NC Lexus dealership! We are self-employed professionals and don???t often have the time to ???car shop.??? When I stepped into the beautiful showroom, I was greeted by Danny, who asked what I was looking for. Wiithin 3o minutes, I was taking the exact car that I had requested to my home to show my husband (who the car was for) prior to purchase! Who does that??? We were pleased to be able to inspect the vehicle and drive it at our leisure. We returned the following day and purchased the same model SUV, but in a different color! After the purchase, a representative came to our home (1.5 hrs away) and picked up the vehicle to get a few ???husband add ons??? installed. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I finally bought an Audi after many years of driving different makes. I love it! German engineering and performance matters! The Q3 is the best car I have ever owned. I know why CR rates Audi so high. Everything is very well done. Won't buy anything else!
