I came in for my scheduled car maintenance with my two young daughters. From the time I booked, I believe with Stephanie?, I was taken care of. Jasmine, Diamond, and my service tech Eric Morrison were all wonderful in how they treated my family and I. Jasmine checked on us, Diamond kept a close eye on my 7 year old while I changed my 7 month old in the restroom, and Eric gave me exceptional service as well giving me updates on my car's status and making my checkout process as easy as possible with my children in tow. I am very satisfied with my services at their location on W Sahara & Rainbow, and recommend to all.
Autonation Buick and GMC in Henderson didn't have the courtesy to call or email me that they wouldn't be servicing my vehicle. So I want to thank AutoNation USA for being kind enough to make sure my service was amazing. Shaylea Rickett was the first person to come to my aid and assist my needs. Another salesmen walked over to me at the table I was waiting at to make sure that I was being helped. Overall, really amazing staff.
Very friendly and courteous customer service. Quick service. The only reason I did not go with a '10' is I felt the unnecessary items were mentioned I needed to do. Rebalance my tires after only 10K miles? Alignment at the same time? Transmission fluid exchange at 72K miles? The service rep was not pushy just suggested.
I called first thing in the morning to see how soon the dealership could get me in as my tire was continuously going flat x 4 days. The gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and seemed concerned and got me an appt. within an 1 hr from my call. The same gentleman (wish I knew his name) helped me while I was there and was very efficient and great at keeping me informed on what was going on with my car and how long it would take!! Overall...great experience this time around!!
I took my car in for recall repairs, which to my knowledge, were performed as they should've been. The customer service was phenomenal. I only had one small concern...my vehicle was washed on the outside, which was great, but it appeared to have been wiped clean with a "not so clean" towel, as there were dry patterns everywhere. I ended up having to have it re-washed to be able to see clearly out of my windows.

Ben was the person that I spoke with on 1/4/16 when I bought my car in for service. He was very polite and helpful. He explained the service that was going to be performed and gave me the estimated time it would take to get the job finished. He kept me informed on the progress of the service, I would return to this ddealership in the future.

This past Sunday the 22nd I visited Elder Ford looking for a good deal for my dream car. I was very lucky to be served by Eddie Burke who is one of the sales associate. Eddie was very honest, understanding, and worked with me for several hours in order to help me get the best deal. Even though I couldn't get what I was looking for, I left this awesome dealer very happy and with a lot of knowledge on how to work towards getting a better deal. Eddie helped me understand every aspect of what I wanted and tried to help me the most. His customer service skills are highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel good while making the big step of buying a new car. Eddie is a great asset for this Dealership and I think because of him and other associates like him, this is a great place to buy a car. Elder Ford of Tampa also has a great selection of new cars with the latest technology.

I had been driving a 2005 Acura TL Manual with 269,000 miles. It was time for a new car! I began looking around and looked at several makes and models. I had narrowed it down to a 2016 Acura TLX that was a dealer loaner car but still needed to test drive a a 2018 CLA250 and 2017 C300. Both of these were MB of Hagerstown loaner cars that were now available. I had exchanged emails for about a week with Barry London. Barry was extremely responsive and provided answers and information. After watching several hours of YouTube videos ( :-) ) , I setup a time to visit the dealership. When I arrived, I immediately felt welcome and was offered some beverages and even a donut! I passed on the donut. I was also given a brief tour of the dealership. Barry had already pulled out the two cars and they awaited a test drive. After some initial paperwork and discussion, Barry and I set out for the ride(s). Before we drove, Barry took the time to explain the quality, features and functions of the cars and explained some of the differences (besides $) between the models. We set out with the CLA first and put it through its paces. Back at the dealer, we swapped cars and took the C300 out on the same ride. When we arrived back, we started to discuss prices, terms etc. and even investigated a few other loaner cars coming available in the coming weeks. After some discussion, I had Austin run my credit check so that we all would know what we were dealing with -- real numbers. The credit check took maybe 15-20 minutes and Tony came out with the numbers. My rate was fantastic and it was painless - banks were aggressive in winning my business I guess. I then decided to take the CLA250 out for another ride - Barry let me go alone and told me to grab lunch if I wanted. I appreciated that gesture. I just rode for another 30 minutes or so and returned. My decision was made -- CLA250. While the C300 rode very nice and clearly had some amenities that the CLA did not, I really like the lines of the CLA and the sportier ride/feel. Yes, maybe not as "soft" or "smooth" but I like that. We discussed price and my trade-in (of my 269K mile car -- ha!) and agreed on a fair price and financing term. I waited a bit for the final paperwork to be completed. Barry and I wrapped that up and then I met with Tony (Finance) to review the paperwork and discuss several "add-ons". No real pressure, and I did decide on the pre-paid maintenance - yes, it was rolled into the load so I am paying a few percentage points on that, but I did save 6% in sales tax if I had not pre-paid and I don't have to worry for a couple years about scheduled maintenance. All signed and ready to go.... Barry removed my old tags, put the new tags on and upon my request removed the MB license plate holder and the dealership sticker (I don't like them). Thanks for doing that. The CLA was all cleaned up, mats put down and Barry had a few goodies for me. Two MB Branded key straps and a 2 POUND bar of Belgium Chocolate with a surprise -- you will have to buy a MB from Hagerstown to know what the surprise is. Barry then helped me pair my phone and setup Apple CarPlay....I was off. Deal done. Feeling good about the experience and that I was given a fair deal without any pressure. When all was said and done, I was at the dealership for about 4 hours -- TOTAL -- and it didn't feel that long or too stressful. I hope to have many years of enjoyment from my 2018 CLA250 and will definitely consider MB of Hagerstown for my next purchase and for my service. We traded emails with Konstantin a few times over the last few weeks. The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. He quickly gathered the information and passed it on. We met and test drove the car. He was not pushy. Left us with the car and told us to come inside when were made a decision. We paid with a check, so no financing and we closed on the vehicle in minutes. So quick. So easy. Great place to buy a used car.

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too.
Joe put my wife and I in a 2018 Audi Q5, and we couldn't be more pleased with him and the whole process. He worked with us from the test drive (multiple test drives over the course of 3 weeks actually) all the way to financing, and we walked away with a significantly better deal than we had expected. Joe knows his stuff as he previously worked on the service side, and has seamlessly made the transition into sales. Very personable and straight up guy, super easy to deal with and he was extremely adamant on getting us the exact car we wanted. He located the perfect vehicle, got it shipped down to MD from NY, had it detailed when it arrived and even offered to drop it off to our house. If you're buying / leasing an Audi in the Rockville area, Joe is your guy.
As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. nothing is better than trust, and i trust the Parts team at Colonial Cadillac, Jay and Dave have been there forever and really know what they are doing and Steve, the new guy who has probably been there for ten years now, is right on the ball also, this has been my Caddy Parts connection for years and years and they make sure i get the right Parts the First time and go above and beyond to make sure i get them as fast as possible. i know that some times getting parts for older cars can be painful, but the years of knowledge in that department always make it a pleasure to do business with them.
I just wish to start off by saying the customer interaction is beyond an excellent rating. From the moment I arrived till I left, the staff was a pleasure to encounter. From Ray in service to the sweet cash out receptionist my experience was a 10+. Lets be honest, no one likes to take their car in for any unexpected service, but I felt very comfortable all because of the way I was treated. The waiting room is clean, bright and pleasant. The staff be it an employee walking thru the room or to the first service person that greets, there is a level of professionalism in everyone. A warm smile, nod or a "good morning" goes a long way in todays world. I am toying with the idea of upgrading to a new car maybe sometime in the spring, and because of the service I received even from the day I purchased my car, I will return to Colonial.

Our sales representative, Ernest Memminger, was patient and friendly, and he worked with us throughout the whole process. He was knowledgable and helped us find the right fit. I chose a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE, and I am very confident in my purchase. The service at Woburn Toyota was great throughout all stages of the buying process. Any dealership that can secure long-term customers from 600+ miles away must be doing something right!

I have been purchasing Toyota's @ Woburn Toyota since 1982, my last three transactions with Robert Fahey (since 2003). I love Robert's no nonsense way of doing business, he listens to what you are looking for and makes sound recommendations. I have never been pressured to purchase any add-on's, and the transactions have gone smoothly from start to delivery. I have recommended Robert to family and friends, and they were just as happy. Update - just picked up my new 2016 Camry XLE, so now I've completed 4 transactions with Robert. Once again, Robert was patient with me as I tested different vehicles, went over all the different lease costs associated with the cars I was considering. All said and done, I was delivered a top of a line car, plates, sticker and a full tank of gas. A satisfied customer!
