Outstanding Experience Continues

My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Lucy (and Richard) throughout our Q5 buying process at South Orlando Audi. I highlight a few key characteristics that were most appealing to our experience:
1) sales never wavered responding politely and promptly to our endless questions
2) there was ZERO push by them to close a sale. In fact, we have visited this dealership many times before, not because of bad experience, but due to being thorough budgeters and shoppers until we found the right product and price for us - Audi Q5
3) the dealership is a beautiful facility, and the employees look to enjoy the work that they do, from sales, to management, to finance. (we closed our sale late in the evening and did not meet the customer service team)
4) Richard called me direct the next morning (from our sale) and addressed my delivery questions. I am confident that he will always prioritize my needs, in the event that any facet of the dealership lets me down in the future. (I don't expect they will, but it's clear that he is accountable and prioritizes me as a customer).
