To begin with, I could not be more pleased with Donny Gay, our ?Experience Guide.? He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and answered our questions without trying to sell us something we did not want. No pressure at all (kind of disappointing because I was gearing up for a fight like I have to do at every other dealership). Donny was the only one we had to talk to, except when the general manager came out to see how we were doing. Donny did a great job of explaining what was offered as far as dealer warranties and extras they could add on but again no pressure. Our complaints are the time it took to get the deal done. Almost 5 hours. Sounds like a lot of their finance people leave early so it took a long time to get the paperwork done. Also they had no water, soda, snacks, etc?. Lucky we had some of our own. Just made the long wait seem longer. Overall it was still the best buying experience from a dealer I?ve had. Highly recommend.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I bought my car with the Auto Armor Package and Javier did an amazing job at making sure everything looked beautiful and my car was done right. When things didn't look perfect to him the first time, he actually stopped me and asked if they could try again. I was blown away by the fact that he didn't just let me go because it is something that I may not have noticed. The next time I came back it was done quickly (way faster than I had anticipated) and everything was sparkling and beautiful. Javier was very nice and spent time with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

Both Josh and Edina are fantastic. They're welcoming and down to earth. It almost feels as if they bend over backwards to take care of their customers and they deserve praise.

Need to have a better space to talk to someone. And they need to have better options on buying a car or be more information on it

Not only is it a great running car, it is comfortable and has so many amazing extras. The license is YOLO, You Only Live Once~might as well drive the best car out there.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

Looking for a new car and going through test driving can be a daunting process, and you can run into salespeople that are really pushy or get very upset if you're not buying from them that day, which is frustrating when initially you just need to do some test drives and see what is best for you. Larry and Andrew at Groove were the opposite; they were kind and courteous. Offering water and allowing us to take our time test driving multiple vehicles. I felt respected and it made for a great overall experience at Groove Toyota. Highly recommend looking for your new car at Groove and working with Larry or Andrew for a Sales rep.

Perfection ...no need to say more. This little SUV has the styling, juice and value that I wanted. My other car is a Bentley GTC Continental. I’m glad these two cars are made by the same folks...and it shows

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Great. Has a GPS and rear view camera. Love the handling and safety features. Drove Volvo's since 1972 and finally “upgraded” after I saw what awful changes were made to Volvo by the buyer in America. May go back when I see how they develop EV!

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.

Was looking for a used Subaru and they had exactly what I was looking for. AutoNation lists cars at a fixed price so no haggling! I knew exactly what I wanted and price before I walked into the door.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.

Nevada was absolutely amazing to work with. She had everything ready and waiting for me, including my new (used) car parked right out front ready to drive. And they fully gassed it up! The dealership had issues with their systems while I was there. Even with the slight hiccup, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. I live about two hours from this dealership but I'll tell you, I wont go to another dealership after this. They were just too good.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Cannot describe how great of experience I got here buying a replacement SUV for my son. My salesman Jacob had the 2 carsbi called about ready to test drive and both were very clean. I drove the first one and decided I didn't need to drive the other one as the one I drove had everything and more I was looking for. I wanted quality, comfort and reliability and have it. The engine purrs Audi-style but may be too loud for those who prefer a quiet engine. We'll see how the transmission & maintenance go but so far so good+
