I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
I just purchased a 2018 Yukon from Courtsey Buick GMC. I had a great experience all the way from my sales agent, Bill Baxley, to Michelle, the finance manger. Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

I had been searching for an Audi S3 in a specific color in my area. No local dealership in NC had the color I was looking for. I called Audi Columbia inquiring about an S3 on their lot that matched my color and options choice. A simple inquiry led to a full on negotiation and within 30 minutes we settled on a price AND they offered to bring me the car (230 miles away) at no cost the next day! I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. I have always been satisfied ,as well , with the service department.

I drove in from out of town to Audi Rochester to test drive a pre-owned A6 and S5 after doing the same at a local dealer. I had no intention of purchasing that day but ended up making a return trip that evening to pick up a pristine 2016 A6 due to the hassle-free buying experience. David's knowledge and thoroughness throughout the entire process was very impressive, as was his follow-up with my questions the next day. I will certainly make the trip again when I'm ready for my next Audi!
This recent purchase of our 2018 X3 is our 5th BMW from I.G. Burton and the last four have been with Nate Robinson. He is polite, has a thorough knowledge of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. He is also a BMW owner, which says volumes about his belief and dedication to the product that he sells.

I took the 1 hour trip to this dealership on 11/24/18 after doing hours worth of research on the one, specific vehicle that I was looking for (2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 550) with them having one in stock. Finding this specific vehicle for sale is extremely rare as I only located approximately 20 within a 500 mile radius. I completed an online information request the day before and within minutes of sending same I was contacted by phone by brand specialist, Stephen Dorn. Mr. Dorn confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and available for viewing and a test ride. Considering that this vehicle was the exact year, color, had all the options desired, and its general new appearance and what I would consider very fairly, competitively priced and I made the appointment to view same immediately the next day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dorn retrieved the vehicle and it was exactly as described. It appeared to be in like-new condition and didn't take long for me to agree to purchase it. Mr. Dorn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I then secured financing through Barry Crincoli on site. I've owned many vehicles but this is by far the one that I have been most excited to own! Thanks to Stephen and Barry for making it happen!!
Hello Car Buys... I recently purchased a Used Vehicle from Bell Audi and my experience with the dealership, and more importantly my salesman Slavik Cucosh was extremely good. The guy went above and beyond to help me and that was for a Used Car. I can only imagine the service he would provide if a New Audi was on the line! If you're in the market for a New Audi or Used car on their lot, do yourself a favor and go see Slavik. Tell him the VW Jetta guy sent you.
