HONEST, STRAIGHT-FORWARD, GREAT TO WORK WITH

Last month I became interested in a car that was advertised by Harrison Imports. When I made an inquiry, Dave Ash called right away and we started talking. The car, it turned out, was not yet at the dealership but had been delayed in transport. Through my discussions with Dave we came to an agreement about the price, the option packages, and the expected condition of the car. They took a deposit to hold the car with the agreement that if the car was not as we discussed and advertised that the refund was not applicable. We also agreed on what the dealership would do to prep the car if things were substandard (like tires). It was an easy conversation and it was no hassle. During the time I was waiting, the transport firm continued to have difficulties but Dave kept me up to date on what was going on as things progressed. When the car finally arrived and was cleaned up Dave discovered that there had been damage to the car and contacted me directly concerning the problems. I was planning on driving in from out of state to pick up the car, so appreciated his willingness to point out the problems in advance. He sent me several photos of the scratches in question so that we could discuss what I wanted to do. In the end I ended up not completing the sale, and that was unfortunate because I really felt comfortable with the dealership and their business practices. As soon as I pulled the deal and as agreed they refunded my deposit with no delays or hassles. This group treated me very professionally and honestly, and I appreciate the time and effort that they put into building my trust through the process. I wished that they had another car in their inventory we could have gone forward with. I definitely recommend this group to others.
