We lost two vehicles to Hurricane Erma in 2017, a F-150 and an Audi A4.
In need of a new vehicle we opted for a Certified 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. The performance is not as good as the A4, but the Q5 is more useful, since we have only one vehicle instead of two. The Q5 had 23000 miles, and came with 6 yr 100,000 mi extended warranty. We have had for over a year and all is well we have no problems, save for the 35,000 mi service and 2 recall repairs.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Great room for family and great to drive comfortably. Wanted the car to have light color interior and it was tan and white car exterior. Great car for the family.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I've owned Mercedes, Porche's & BMW's...was intent on buying a Volvo and purchased an Audi. The Q5 had me at "Hello". Love the ride, handling, package options and understated elegance. *Reliability rated"Good" only because I have only had the vehicle 5 days.
Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. New 2016 Audi Q5 TDI
Purchased a new 2016 Audi Q5 Diesel that was recently released after the EPA approved Audi's "fix".
The vehicle is very refined and has lot's of power.
It does suffer from significant turbo lag post fix, however, the power and fuel economy compensates for the turbo lag.
Best measured tank is 34 mpg and worst is 26 mpg. Technology is dated or missing compared to 2018 compact mainstream suvs, but the refinement makes up for it.
I have dealt with Dwyer and Sons Volvo (now LaFontaine) since 1997. They are HANDS DOWN, the best car dealer/service center that I have EVER encountered. I had a Volvo dealer within one mile of my house and I CHOOSE to drive 40 miles to give my business to Frank and his team.
Best SUV I've owned.

This car is super comfortable on the inside and super sleek on the outside. I get excited every morning to wake up and drive it!
We have a 2011 Cayenne and have always been pleased with the service department, especially with Phil Kaiser???s friendly approach and informed advice. Most recently Phil worked directly with Porsche Corporate to find the best solution for what was an unexpected malfunction. The car now is as good as new and the whole experience was minimally disruptive.

The best thing of many good qualities is the ease of driving. I have never been so comfortable behind the wheel.
A dealership above the rest. Whether it is regular maintenance or an emergency repair, I can count on them to take care of the situation. Plus, they always provide the information of the repair and why.

I've owned over 30 cars, mostly luxury and this is by far the best overall car/SUV. Quiet, fast, incredible craftsmanship and a blast to drive. Waite to review this car but after a year and a half and 35,000 miles (knocks on head) no problems!! Highly recommend this vehicle!!
I live in Jackson, MI; bought my 2013 A6 from Naples, FL so had to find a service department up here. First trip was to the state capital. Let's just say I'll never go back again. Pretty much always worked with Joseph Gruss. He could always get me a "near-new" loaner Audi if the service might take longer. Communication always great. Yesterday brought it in for a part on the front fender to be replaced. I was in and out literally 45 minutes. Granted it was easy work but I was still very impressed with their speed. Just settling in with the hot tea and snacks provided in their comfortable waiting area and pulling out my laptop to start some work when Joe told me that they were done. In the sales department, I've known Barry Strecker a long time; bought 3 cars through him when he was at MB. Extremely knowledgeable and always looked out for my best interest. Definitely will call on him for our next vehicle purchase.

I have dealt with many service departments in my lifetime and have had many good and bad experiences of the like. Germain Audi's service department is far and above the best I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to always go the extra mile. Patrick in particular is one of the most professional service techs that I worked with. If anyone needs to have their Audi serviced from the most minor to most complicated, look no further than Germain. You will not be disappointed.
Purchased my 2016 Cayenne from Germain and have had it serviced there from the start. Sales experience was great; Jay Douglas sold me my car and did a great job of finding what I wanted, even beyond my expectations. Service department with Phil Kaiser is phenomenal.
