11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. Buying a new car is typically something I don't look forward to. Working with sales specialist Don Kim and General Sales Manager Rui Tome ,this was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences I've had when buying a new car.
This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.
Got a 2018 Audi A4 Premium Plus a week ago. Best experience I've had with a dealership! My sales person was Vlad Fetisov, extremely helpful and he was able to secure me an amazing deal with the best features upgrades while keeping the final cost within my budget. I highly recommend Audi Brooklyn! Thank you Vlad for making me feel like a long time customer! I will definitely come back when its time for a new Audi!
I had such a great experience buying my new Jeep with Phil. He is kind, friendly, and truly makes customers feel that he is matching them with their best interests-- I have already recommended Phil to so many of my friends, he is an ASSET to World Jeep!
I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.

John and Lou always take great care of me and do a thorough job of explaining the various ins and outs of what's happening with my car. Driving from Branchburg to your shop I know I pass a ton of other olaces that car work on my vehicle but, I'm always happy to make the trek when it comes to good customer service and repair work. I've been with Audi and my service manager a long time. Lou Bartello (sorry for spelling) has always been great and helped me identify a manufacturing defect/service issue with brake pad material used on new Q7 and took care of setting up replacement. Thanks for your help and service.
Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.
Russ was great. Very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and made me feel very comfortable. I went to a few dealers prior to autolenders and the experience was less than stellar. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car!
I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime so far. This was by far the easiest an non evasive purchase i have ever made. I found a car i liked..they had it shipped someplace closer to me just so i can test drive it. There was no pushing of extra stuff or financing. I left there getting what i expected for my trade in and paid within my budget for the truck i loved. I will not go anywhere else for my future car buying.

Experience was more than I could ask for. Mike Boden was on point and a great partner in getting me into the car I wanted. The premises are very welcoming and the staff courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.
Aaron went beyond his duty to help me purchase my dream car. His friendliness and calm personality is a winner. He took the time to show me all the features of the car and in fact followed up via phone calls a few times to make sure things were ok after the purchase. He is keeper!!
The Salesman Aaron Varela made it a pleasant experience for me and the family. I was with my twins and they had the freedom to walk in the show room and check the cars out.
