I had been searching for an Audi S3 in a specific color in my area. No local dealership in NC had the color I was looking for. I called Audi Columbia inquiring about an S3 on their lot that matched my color and options choice. A simple inquiry led to a full on negotiation and within 30 minutes we settled on a price AND they offered to bring me the car (230 miles away) at no cost the next day! Devin was polite, professional and pleasant. I paid below invoice and Devin brought me the car and signed the paperwork in my dining room. Great service, great price and they saved me a 7 hour round trip journey. I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Marc and Patrick went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my new Q5. They were very professional and I would highly recommend anyone in the market looking for Audi to go see Marc in Audi of Toms River, NJ.

I drove in from out of town to Audi Rochester to test drive a pre-owned A6 and S5 after doing the same at a local dealer. I had no intention of purchasing that day but ended up making a return trip that evening to pick up a pristine 2016 A6 due to the hassle-free buying experience. David's knowledge and thoroughness throughout the entire process was very impressive, as was his follow-up with my questions the next day. I will certainly make the trip again when I'm ready for my next Audi!
I purchased a slightly used 2018 Giulia which had exactly the options I was looking for. Being out of state the process took a little long but overall got it done without major setbacks. Once at the dealership it only took an hour to be on the road. Car had some blemishes that obviously were not advertised and wasn’t cleaned properly inside or out but since I had a 15 hour drive back I wasn’t too concerned. Overall I would recommend them but expect to detail your own car.
I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and not only is it a wonderful car but the entire experience from when I started looking on line until I drove off the load was the smoothest car buying experience ever. I will definitely refer everyone I know to this dealership!
Salesman did a great job and delivered the car to my house and thoroughly went through the workings with me and my son. Only minor issue is that he said he was going to follow up with a call a few days later and didn't. Also, we bought a new A4 that when delivered had scratches in the paint and on the hood.
He said they would buff out the scratches but we still haven't heard from him.
I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely
The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online.
I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing
The manual included was for another model (TT)
Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them
