Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

Luis Melendez was very knowledgeable and efficient while still being personable and friendly. He made the whole experience easier and exciting - just like getting a new car should be. Everyone at the dealership from Sales Mgr. Rick Norris, Carlos Hernandez in Finance, and John Dinh, Tech Specialist, were interested and friendly. Luis Melendez made my car buying experience a pleasure. I am not new to buying cars by any means and this was the most relaxed and enjoyable event I have ever had. Louis not only has the greatest knowledge of all Audi lineup, he will take the time and explain the pros and conns of each. I have never seen a car salesman with his skill and understanding. When you leave the dealership you pull out on the road and think to yourself, I think I have made a friend.
We were on the road, and needed to get home. Our svc advisor Kirks fit us in, got the job done, and we were able to get home on time. We want to thank Audi Ft Worth for helping us out, since their wait time for a regular svc appt was about 2 weeks.
Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.
Visiting Audi Atlanta was a wonderful experience coming from a history owning of Mercedes and Toyota cars. I did not believe I would have walked out of there buying a 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro the same day as test driving it but my boyfriend was right, I absolutely loved it! I test drove other cars while there but the Q3 was perfect for me. Davian Quinn and Michael Gerbick were so helpful and considerate and really made it a memorable experience. Furthermore, they have both continued to amaze: from assisting my boyfriend and I with putting on roof racks to repairing minor defects on the car at no charge. I am more than grateful and humbled to have had such kind, attentive customer service.
This was a very easy, no drama, professional sales and purchase experience. We live in Virginia and had been shopping for a Q7 in the local Virginia dealerships. We happened to be in Bethesda and stopped in at Audi Bethesda. Dave Engel greeted us and was very friendly, professional and patient as he described the vehicle and accompanied us on a test drive. A week later, when we decided to purchase a Q7 we thought about purchasing the Q7 at our local dealership. However, based on our experience with David, we decided to return to Audi Bethesda. We are glad we did. David and Simone handled the purchase process thoroughly, professionally and with no drama or pressure.
I visited Audi Natick late in the afternoon and next day I had all my papers done! Really fast, polite people and they answered all my questions. I would love to go again. Peter Nett is really good at his job, and he is also passionate about cars, that helps a lot. He helped me with everything and he was really honest.
The staff were all very helpful. I was planning on just staying there while they worked on my car, however they couldn't guarantee the time it would be complete so they offered for me to take a Lyft to my office and provided a link to use on the return. I had left something in my car that I needed and they were quick to retrieve it for me. I had bought a cell phone holder that needed installation on my dash vents and they were very helpful helping me to install it.
Was making a private sale of our 2015.5 XC60. They allowed me to book a full inspection with very little notice, and did a professional job on the work. They even provided their observations on the prospective buyer.
Just recently had to have four tires put on our Audi TT, from the time I pulled in to the time the vehicle was ready it was nothing but great friendly service from Brian Lily and Chris. I have been coming for service for 5 years and it is always the same excellent Professional friendly Service. Thank you.

The experience I encountered was great service. I didn’t actually visit dealership physically. But online I was given tremendous assistance without delay. So I can only imagine the service at Audi north Miami. On 1-10 scale, I give 10 rating!!
