Twice now I have used the team at Prestige Inports to service my Cars, and both times have been great. The first time I brought my Audi in because it was making a weird noise. It took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they nailed it. No one else was able to figure it out. The second time, I brought my ???78 928 in for an alignment. And they got it just right. When the mechanic took it for a test drive, he wasn???t entirely pleased, so he aligned it again. And it is perfect now. It drives like a brand new car. Thank you for taking such great care of my cars!
Ahres did and excellent job handling the service needs for my 2016 Audi A7. He was courteous, professional and respectful. The process was smooth and I can???t tell you how much I appreciate the excellent quality service. He was able to help me clearly explain the issues, resolve them and keep the process simple. This level of service goes a long way in future purchases and service needs. Having someone I can trust who is capable and experienced in handling these issues gives me peace of mind when purchasing and Audi. Not all dealers are like this and Ahres by far was the best service advisor I???ve had with any car. It makes a difference when deciding on my next vehicle! He was very efficient and John the other advisor was also there to help make the process smooth like arranging for the rental car even though he didn???t have to (some advisors just sit in there chair and stare into space when they aren???t busy with their own customer). These guys are awesome, thank you again!
Matt and the team at Audi of Palo Alto went above and beyond my expectations. i arrived after their service center was closed via a tow truck at 6:30pm. I am not an exisitng customer yet Matt gave me one of their 2018 Audi A4 courtesy cars for my long drive home to Mill Valley. After we discovered they discovered the irreparable damage to the engine of my Audi A6. Matt did not pressure on me and together we filed a succesful claim with Audi of North America as the faulty fuel injector that caused all the sequential damage was under warranty . The result : a brand new engine courtesy of Audi and Matt did not even charge me for the courtesy vehicle I had over two weeks. I know where I will be going to purchase my next Audi!

This was my first time utilizing the service center of this dealership. I was overall impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. It???s important to note that the visit was for a basic warranty maintenance check, so not challenging in terms of priblem solving, etc. I was impressed with the small customer focused touches that make a difference- such as offering bottled water and calling Uber???s for transportation during the service time The only area for improvement (I???d take off just 1/2 Star) is the return transportation. The service rep texted letting me know my car was ready and asking for my address to transport me back. I replied immediately, and advised that my phone was about to die, but heard nothing for 20 minutes so called my own Uber back. If this is the mechanism for customer transportation, the response should be timely. Otherwise everything was great!

I bought an Audi Q7 one 10/28/2018. Luan patiently and friendly explained Q7's features and functions for me. I went through Costco Auto Purchase program. The price negotiation was very smooth. I was able to set a price, make a decision, go through the finance program, etc smoothly and quickly. In about 2 hours, I was able to drive a new Audi Q7 home.
I came into Palo Alto Audi looking for an A4. I had a specific set of specifications I was looking for; and I knew there were a few cars on the lot based on my online research. Paola and I sat down to discuss what I was looking for. There was (1) specific car that I was very interested in. I was able to do a test drive and then talk about cost. This was a simple conversation where I was able to get the car down the price I wanted within a very short amount of time. This, im telling you, was a very good experience and I am happy I made my way to Palo Alto over a few other dealerships. Moving on...I was able to get all my paper work done quickly while the car was being detailed (dang, all my windows were covered in streaks)! *I think this could be taken up with the detail team I was then on the road as a very happy customer. Thanks a lot for all your help!! Truly appreciate it. 5-star
Very pleased with PaloAlto AUDI service. I discovered a small leak from transmission area. I was given an immediate appointment,and Service Rep Addib signed me in quickly and gave me a loaner car (all in about 10-15 minutes!). He texted me with progress reports, and when I later needed to retrieve some stuff from my car he showed me what the service guys were doing. Apparently a bad seal. Transmission was removed and replaced(original one sent to Germany for analysis). Everything good now! I appreciated the service, the loaner car, the respect , the communication, and the commitment to excellence. Thank you.

This was my first experience with Audi Palo Alto. Went a couple of months ago, when Luan gave a test drive on A3, Q3, and Q5. There was no pressure to purchase that day, and he promptly emailed us all the information on various options that we had asked for. Went last week again to see whether they had any good deals available. Luan had to leave, so he handed us over to Paola. Paola quickly zeroed in on the best possible Q5 that met and exceeded our requirements. It took us a while to negotiate as we were open to various financing and purchasing options. However, in the end, Paola could meet our reservation price that matched a great deal for a comparable car with all the features on Truecar. Overall, we though Paola did a great job given that it was her first ever sale (we came to know about it later on). Gino (Finance) initially provided us a very high rate for the upfront payment for service and the extended warranty, but then lowered the rates significantly that we found to be affordable. Our conversation with Gino was friendly, and we were overall happy that we got a good deal at a reasonable price. Paola followed up last weekend and arranged for us to have a tutorial with Javier. Javier was very cooperative and thorough when he walked me through all the basic and advanced features of the Q5. I learned quite a bit about how to operate multiple features of Q5 within 30 min or so. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Audi Palo Alto dealership. I hope their service center is as good as the dealership.
I recently took my Audi A3 convertible in for it's first service at Audi Palo Alto. John made the experience painless and the service was completed quickly. John arranged for a Lyft to drop me off at work and return me to the dealer when my car was done. Super cool! The waiting area was fully stocked with snacks and drinks and had a large TV so I wouldn't mind waiting here. Every staff member I interacted with smiled, greeted me and made me feel very welcome. I also own a BMW 328D and wish the I had the same experience with the BMW dealer in Mountain View!
Very easy shopping experience. I found two cars on line to test drive; scheduled an appointment and drove one home within three hours. Radek was very helpful, provided excellent information and instruction on the car's specs and technology. Was more about providing information than having to sale a car - very nice! Fahad helped with the financing, which we had to start after the normal close of business. He was also very helpful and crazy efficient, all while be a great conversationalist! Never had such an easy, non-salesy-pressure car buying experience. Great job guys -- thank you! Oh -- and love the car =)
Had a great experience with a test drive of a new A6. Wound up having to make changes to the appointment time due to weather delays. All was handled without a problem. I felt that they were actually glad to see my wife and I. Waiting for resolution of VW diesel and will probably by a new Audi afterward.

I had bought my Audi in Coral Springs as I was referred to someone there a couple of years ago. I always had good experiences there. On Saturday night last week, my car's battery died on me and I had to jump it on Sunday morning to get it started. I showed up at WPB Audi at 11am when they opened and met with Jennifer (Service Advisor) who greeted me with a big smile and how can we help you. I though I was going to have to leave my car and uber home and was offered the opportunity to wait for my car which I was incredibly happy about. Jennifer also offered me a complimentary car wash which I thought was great.
Jennifer was the ultimate professional. Dressed well, big smile, upbeat, kept me in the loop as things were going through the process with my car and couldn't have done a better job. No idea how long she's been working at WPB Audi, but I could see her moving up the ranks quickly. Great experience!!!
Now having visited with WPM Audi, I will certainly go there when buying my next car which could be another Audi. Place was beautiful and people there were very nice and professional.
Came in to have some service work done on the vehicle. The service was a factory recall with the airbag and they opted to do a full rundown of possible needs for the vehicle. I was sent a full print out of everything the car needed and they suggested a couple immediate items which I thought were grossly overpriced. To give an example, $396 for a battery. Overall they were very courteous and professional.
