Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I came into EchoPark after a TERRIBLE customer service experience with another car company (rhymes with Shmarvana) and needed to trade my car in so I could purchase another for an emergency trip. I work a late schedule so I didn?t get to your Thornton/Northglenn location until 7pm. Not only did you have a representative available to help us right away, but Kyle was fantastic to work with. He was very understanding of my situation and incredibly informative, helped me find a car almost exactly the same as the car I was going to purchase through the previous company with less mileage, and even stayed late to finish the financing with me so I could leave with my new (used) car that evening. I?d also like to give kudos to your financing department because you guys also got me a payment that would be $50 less each month than your competitor. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Our 2009 premium plus now has 111,000 miles on it and still looks and runs great. Haven't fixed the headlight yet, but it needed a battery and a ball joint this past year. The V-6 is as strong as ever and still handles great. It uses between a 1/4 and 1/2 quart of oil between oil changes, which I change every 9,000 miles. I feel that's pretty good. A little bumpy on side streets, but great on the highway. Smooth and quiet. We just bought a 2016 Discovery Sport and the Q5's interior quality and fit and finish is as good, if not better than the Land Rover. We will definitely replace the Q5 with another one when the time comes.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Love this car and model have owned 2 Q5’s reliable one of mine had 195,000 miles and still no check engine lights or major repairs had to be done on it. Can’t stress enough how much I love this car! I do wish though the premium model came with the backup camera and the lane assist but that’s only in the premium plus models.

This is my first Audi; it is a 2014 people swear that it looks brand new. The most comfortable elegant ride I have ever owned. Bought at MotorCars of Lansing, MI., that dealership is amazing. The only thing missing is a backup camera.

I love my Audi Q5. I have two small children and I feel so safe driving this SUV. It has a great sized trunk area. In the future once I pay this off I will stay with the Q5 and just go newer. I believe it is worth every dollar!

My hubby is over 6 feet tall n struggles to fit into any car comfortably, until we found the q5. He loves it. We live in an extreme Colorado environment in the mountains, snow, ice, rain, we’ve got it. And steep mountain roads with lots of curves. It’s effortless on the extreme stuff and we love it

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.
