Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5. At 10, received a text with a link to a video and report from the tech, explaining what they???d done so far. Nice touch! Got a call that the service was complete at 12:45. Bill picked me up at 1:15 and I was driving away with a newly washed car by 1:45! Quick and efficient.

My family and I have purchased many vehicles from #1 Cochran and have always had a great experience. I recently had my Audi serviced at their West Liberty Audi store. From the moment I arrived I was treated with a great deal of respect and while my car was being worked on my advisor, Patrick McCulloch, constantly kept me in the loop. Everything that needed to get fixed was fixed and they explained everything to me so I knew exactly why my car needed the work that it did. More recently I had an issue where my AC completely quit working and of course it happened on a day when it was 95°. I drove straight to the dealership, without an appointment and Patrick was able to get my car in and provide me with a loaner car. A few days later I got my car back and it was blowing ice cold air. Everyone at Audi Pittsburgh is so kind and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone who needs their Audi serviced!
A few months back I contacted David McAloose inquiring about a used S7. At the time David said there were none available. But David said he would inform me if one becomes available. I was driving a 2013 S6 so I wasn't in a big hurry. I did purchase the S6 from David and had a great experience which is why I contacted him again for my next car buying experience. On a Saturday morning a few weeks back David emailed and said we just got a 2016 S7 in. He gave me the specs and 3 hours later I was at the dealership. Feel in love with the S7 (hard to believe because I loved my S6). In a situation like this the dealer really has the upper hand. They know I want the car and could play hard ball. But not David or Garber Automotive. In the end I had my end goals around car price and trade-in and ended up really happy with where we landed. That says a lot about Garber and David. I will most definitely make my next car purchase with David. In addition to my car buying experience Garber's Service department is the best around. I've owned many cars and worked with many service departments over the years and Garber Audi out of Rochester is the best around. I actually look forward to those appointments. Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.
I think this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had the guy that sold me the car Lance Matekel was honest and that is not something you find at a dealership. Not only that 2 days after I bought the car he called me and told me he found the second key of the car. And he didn't even have to do that because I've told him I want to buy an extra key.

Twice now I have used the team at Prestige Inports to service my Cars, and both times have been great. The first time I brought my Audi in because it was making a weird noise. It took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they nailed it. No one else was able to figure it out. The second time, I brought my ???78 928 in for an alignment. And they got it just right. When the mechanic took it for a test drive, he wasn???t entirely pleased, so he aligned it again. And it is perfect now. It drives like a brand new car. Thank you for taking such great care of my cars!
First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!

There are two phases to the dealer/buyer experience: 1) selecting and purchasing your car; 2) having your vehicle serviced. The purchase may take a few hours, though often much less time. In my case, Ed Costie and Jeff Hummel could not have been more professional on the sales side--a satisfying experience all around. For me, however, it's the service experience that's even more important. After all, you interact with the service department multiple times during your car ownership. The service team at Glenwood Audi is professional in every way, meaning easy to work with, well organized, nice, efficient, and fast. I hope to make as few visits to the service department as possible (and I assume that will be the case, knowing the quality built into every Audi, but when I do need service, I know it will be excellent. And Ed and Jeff will swing by the waiting room to say hi. Even the head of finance came by to say hello.

Time and time again I am blown away by the professionalism and sincerity . Jeff Hummel has continued to go above and beyond every time I have contacted him. I am very satisfied with my 2018 Q3 not only because of the reliability and performance but the treatment I receive. Example : I missed a scheduled time slot for 10,0000 mile service do to unforeseen circumstances. I was given another time to come in, not prior to a trip I needed to take , Jeff Hummel was able to schedule time before my trip to have service done , a great shout out to Chris Truax in service for making it happen . Royal Hayward is full of life and understands the Audi experience that is expected . I feel Corstiaan Westerhuis has an amazing team . I will only purchase or lease an Audi from them
Adora Fryant was truly exceptional. I know that the expectation is that a salesperson will receive perfect 10s, and I have given such high scores in the past, but Adora is the first one which I actually feel is deserving of such high marks and praise. Adora was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line of Audi vehicles. I had initially gone in to look at the A6/A7. After that initial session, I talked with her again and she shared about the recent updates to the A4 and that it might be a better fit for what I was looking for. Eventually, she helped me decide on the S4 and the particular options that would be important and relevant to me. She was always available to provide info and help, both over the phone and in person. I have subsequently leaned on her knowledge in looking at Audis for my wife. I would happily recommend her to any friend or family member who was considering an Audi. If I could rate her higher than a 10 on the given scale, I would. Adora Fryant, Chris Curtin, and Jack Serena were very easy to work with on negotiating the deal and financing. Of the ~10 dealerships that I contacted to obtain a quote, the team at Audi Chandler was the most competitive. In addition, they made sure that the financing available (including the Summer of Audi incentives) was as good as the other financing options I was looking at through our credit union. This consideration saved me the time and effort of needing to go through that process and allowing me to close the deal sooner.
This was the most amazing car buying experience ever. I onlybwent in to look at a new Boxter and ended up leaving with an upgrade to the 718 S. My salesman was Nate, and he was absolutely amazing. His passion for these cars, along with his incredible knowledge of them, sold me. I had no intention of buying today. He took me for a test drive and I was sold. He was so fun to work with. Davin in finance made the paperwork so incredibly easy and fast. He is truly a master at his task and I was so grateful. I'm beyond thrilled with the customer service experience and would highly recommend this dealership!
When I was considering an Audi for my next car, a friend recommended the one in MV as "the best." I visited a few times and had great, positive, and educational experiences with Carter K, product specialist, and Michael S, the general sales manager. Every time I came to them with questions, they had answers. It is a super relaxed environment, they made the car choosing and pricing process smooth. And by smooth I mean efficient, productive, and simplified. I would have loved to have bought my next car with them. They offered to transfer a specific model/ color for me and honor the offer they made. Fate intervened, which is the only reason I am not behind the wheel of my first A3 right now. Audis are their passion at MV, and I recommend ANYONE who has ever considered driving one to speak with them first!

A job very well done. This was an unusual situation - where my steering rack was damaged 16 months before the self-diagnostics threw an alert. My Audi service advisor, Brandon Anderson, worked closely with the insurance adjuster to install a used rack from another vehicle. The insurance company handled their part very well. Brandon kept me informed (almost daily) and provided a loaner vehicle for a week, no charge. No worries, no cost; it doesn’t get any better than this! Brandon’s mild manner and very professional performance really impressed me - truly an exceptional experience!
