Wow, this team couldn't make buying my New Tundra any easier and living up to what was said from my initial contact with their internet team. Jessica and Jackie put up with all the questions I had to confirm the options and price of the truck and then Leo living up to their promise when I arrived. I just dealt with Schaumburg Toyota who promised the world just to get me to come in and then tried to add an additional $6000+ to their written quote with the expectation I would be fine with. Their listed internet price was even lower than they were now offering. Couldn't be happier that I got up and left. So when I was speaking with Jessica and Jackie they ensured me they were being honest with the price of the truck. I came into Continental with my doubts but was quickly put at ease meeting with Leo and soon I was a owner of a New 2018 Toyota Tundra. The entire experience was a home run, and I will be coming back when my wife is ready for a new Rav4. Thanks again!!!!!!

Bought a car a few months ago, and another recently for my daughter. Was able to trade-in her current car and get her into a newer one even though she doesn't have any credit. They didn't even need to use me as a co-signer which was cool too.

My wife and I went to Top Line Auto just to look at SUV's to replace our Jeep that was totaled in the last hail storm! We have a Mercedes Benz sedan and wanted to purchase a MB SUV, but my wife did not see one that jumped out at her! Sergei (the salesman) asked if she wanted to check out one of the BMW X-5's, but we had owned a few BMW's in the past and were not impressed with the ones we had! Taking a chance she said sure! The X-5 was tight, super clean, low miles, drove like a dream and had all the bells and whistles! So, we purchased it cash on the spot and even got a discount for a cash deal. The next day the battery had died, so disconnected it from the car and recharged it then reconnected it and I took it back. They tested it and stated it was going to need to be replaced! Sergei, went out, purchased a new battery and had it installed and registered in the cars ECU at no charge! We had such a good experience, we are now going back to purchase a sedan to replace our old Mercedes! FYI, I waited 2 months to leave a review just to be sure the X-5 was worry free! Great car, great experience!

I love my car. Plenty of room, comfortable, it tells me when I need service, I have had NO issues. I like the big sun roof, and all the extra bells and whistles. There is truly no reason for me to ever own a different car!

I would have NEVER thought to go to a "place like that" (non franchised car lot) I was accustomed to buying from large franchised car lots; nonetheless, I called my mechanic and was sure bring him with me to the lot because I was skeptical. I was pre-approved through my bank and through the bank app (auto navigator-capital one bank) you could speficially search for the make and model of the car you were interested in...Auto Leader had an Acura TL I was interested in. I called, asked them a few general questions, told them what time I was coming, and mentioned the car I wanted to see. As soon as I arrived there, the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone remembered me and had the car ready for me to test drive. My mechanic said the car was in emaculate shape, was under original warranty and I should buy it (it had 18 k original miles). After the test drive, we began to fill out my paperwork and within an hour I walked out with my car. They detailed and put gas in the car (gave me a lil more gas than they should have). I had an awesome experience. Even the finance guy was cool. I never felt so satisfied with a car purchase!

I purchased a new 2017 RDX about 2 months ago. I worked with SJ Duong and I never felt pressured. He was very helpful and extremely nice to deal with. Up until today, if I send him a text message about a question on my RDX he knows the answer. He gets back to me within minutes. I feel like I was very lucky to get him as a sales guy. I was very worried about getting a new car with all that technology, but SJ Duong made that a very comforting experience. He is the absolute best. Ask for SJ Duong if you are going to buy an Acura. You will not be disappointed.

I am writing today to extol about the incredible customer service, and quality of auto's sold at Ethio Motors. Never in my many years have I come across such authentic and kind auto sales people. From my first email inquiring about the auto I was interested in, to driving that auto off the lot 3 days later, I was most impressed. From Michael's warmth and assurance that they would work with me on the price, to Yoni's gentle nature and efficient handling of all the paperwork, I would never again look elsewhere when it comes time to purchase another vehicle. Of course,that may be 5 years from now but I will never go anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend this family-owned business. I can honestly say, I love them!!!!!! They care! They even pick people up at the Denver International Air[port for the folks that come in from out of state for their vehicles! GO THERE!

I owned gas fueled suvs for over 20 yrs (explorer and tahoe), where i averaged 12-18 mpg. Im now getting 30-37 mpg in my Q5 TDI, v6 and its been an amazing. Not only the gas savings but all the other niceties such as heated seats (golf back), comfortable, turbo engine (speedy), aesthetics/sporty look, stereo/sirius radio system, navigation, auto/bluetooth phone, passengers comfort, sunroof. Just need a tiny more room for my 4somes golf bags and a trailer hitch (requested but dealership wasnt prepared). Am worried about vw settlement and future emission testings.

Great car buying experience from the first time I called and walked in the door. Dmitry and staff were very accommodating. I purchased a Lexus 350 rx and I love it. After test driving the car Dmitry offered to have one of his guys drive the car to my mechanic to have it checked out when I couldn't get the time off work to do it myself !! Dmitry also held the car for me over a weekend without a deposit till I could get there on Monday ! I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone

It was a long and unknowing process. Steve Handler and Howard Schwartz were amazing through the process. They found me an absolutely amazing Audi A6 with everything on my wish list. They made sure I had my new car when Audi finally bought back my old car. Not over aggressive at all in his approach. Was timely with follow-up on the process and offered assistance with and needs or questions. Very courteous and professional.

I was in the market to lease a 2018 Audi SQ5 and started my search at the Audi dealer that I was most familiar with as I have used them to service my previous Audi vehicles for the past 8+ years (that dealer was not Audi St. Paul and we'll call them dealer A). I visited dealer A on 12/1/2017 and test drove a vehicle that was similar to what I was looking for, left dealer A with the understanding that the salesperson that was helping me would be following up with some pricing (based on vehicles that were on order and should be arriving soon) in the near future. Almost two weeks had passed and the only follow up I had received was a generic email from the GM of dealer A, I replied to that email and informed the GM that I hadn't heard back from the salesperson that had assisted me and to this day have still not received any follow-up from them. I have been happy with the service department at dealer A over the past 8 years but had never dealt with their sales department, based on the complete lack of follow up I decided not to pursue a purchase/lease from this dealer. Next stop was dealer B which is the newest Audi dealer in the area and not affiliated with dealer A or Audi St. Paul. I was in the area of dealer B on 12/16 and decided to stop by and see if the sales department there would be more responsive and helpful. I didn't have much time, but realized quickly that the sales approach at dealer B was not going to be a good fit (not transparent, presented a quote that they "weren't allowed to let anyone leave the building with" and the final straw was when they informed me that the offer they made was only valid if I made the purchase/lease that evening (it was very close to their closing time on a Saturday night). I was ready to rule out Audi (I have only driven Audi since 2008, two different vehicles (2006 A4 & 2011 S4) since 2008 and considered myself to be pretty loyal to their brand) and move on to my second choice for a new vehicle but decided to give the 3rd Audi dealer (Audi St. Paul) in the area a try. I wasn't very optimistic since Audi St. Paul is affiliated with dealer A, but figured it was worth a try and if it didn't work out I could say gave the brand a full three strikes before moving on. Andrew Hortsman was the sales person that assisted me at Audi St. Paul and was prompt and responsive throughout the process. The quote they provided was competitive and transparent, any details that were not disclosed were provided upon request. Michelle Rice was the finance manager that completed the transaction and she was sure to have all of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived which made the process very efficient. If you're in the Twin Cities area and looking for a a new Audi vehicle, save yourself some time and start with Audi St. Paul.

I stopped in at Shottenkirk HONDA I was on my way out of town when my oil light went on stating I had 15 0/0 for my oil.I pulled over google nearest dealer and it was Shottenkirk HONDA.I been going to Ed Voyles since my relocation to the area in 2015.Well let me tell you Spencer greeted me before I could shut my car door. I got the oil change and I was advised that I needed a filter because mine was dirty. I was out of there and on my way within an hours time.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk.
