Rick French is a great Lexus Representative!!!!!

1..I have been dealing with Eskridge Lexis since 2005. For most of that time, Rick French has been my service representative. In a summary, he is AWESOME! HE always makes me or my wife feel important and that whatever problem we might have with our Lexus can be solved. He always advises us on the most economical way of handling whatever problem we might have. We trust him!!! 2. This week, I came in (without an appointment) because my engine light was on. He stated that even though they were busy, this was a problem that needed to be checked out right away. Within 30 minutes he had had the problem diagnosed and was presenting me with the solution. He make a car immediately available because it was determined that our car should be fixed right away. 3. I often wait while my car is being worked on and while I do, I pay attention to how other customers are being treated. Eskridge services reps are consistently kind and attentive and works to make all of its customers feel special. I would have a hard time buying a car that is not a Lexus because I do not want to loose the attentiveness, quality, and personal care that Lexus provides when a car comes in for repair. 4. Again, I believe that Rick French is the best of the best!
