I have taken my 2012 VW Jetta here for service since I moved to Daphne, AL in 2013. From scheduling the appointment to getting the work completed, it is always easy. Dennis Healy, Brand Ambassador, is professional, courteous and on the money with the estimate of time to complete the service and the cost. They have never tried to up sell me any additional services. My car is always clean after the service. They also have kiosk work stations and a very clean, comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary beverages and popcorn. There is another VW dealer closer to me but it is worth the extra 15 minute drive for the outstanding customer service.

Having owned a 2011 Audi Q7 in the past, I expected a great riding solid SUV in the re-designed Audi Q7. The interior is definitely very nice and luxurious. Controls are easy to use and the quality of materials appears to be very high. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. They sometimes don't hold you in place when taking a corner on the faster side, but they are definitely comfortable seats to sit in. Interior space is good, however I was expecting a larger trunk space in the re-designed Q7 given that a common complaint about the previous gen was the trunk space, but it is good enough for Costco trips and trips around town. The ride is smooth and quiet. Power is more than adequate. As far as the quality, my car was in the service department for about a month and a half total in the first year. First issue that caused it to be in the shop for over a week was that the paint had sap etching all over the hood and top of the car. This was the dealers fault for parking it under trees, so not an Audi specific thing. When I bought the car, the shift lever leather was scratched, so that had to be replaced. The rear bumper was out of alignment by 1-2 mm on the left side, but it seems to be an issue with a lot of the Q7's. Homelink worked for a week, then would need to be re-programmed so the entire unit had to be replaced. It was replaced and working, but it doesn't work like the original one did. Instead of being able to program it by holding your remote pointed towards the rearview mirror, I now have to go to the rear of the vehicle and get it close to the HomeLink transmitter. Not a big deal because you only do it once or twice, but it sucks that it doesn't work the way it did before the repair. The driver seat started making a clicking sound about a week after taking delivery and it never went away. I bought it up to the service dept, the service manager heard the noise for 5 minutes straight, and they ended up saying they couldn't do anything about it because it might just be a characteristic of the seat. A year later I brought it back and they finally sent it up to Audi Corporate and they replaced the entire seat frame. The clicking seems to have gone away, but they did a horrible job of putting the seat back together. Multiple items needed to be fixed included the plastic seat cover on the rear of the seat, the plastic trim on the left side of the seat, the leather had to be re-installed correctly around the headrest, plastic clips had to be re-installed correctly around the base of the headrest, and now when driving around corners I can feel the leather slipping from side to side slightly like it wasn't attached quite right to whatever it's supposed to be to keep it in place. The driver seat trim around the seat controls had to be replaced because it would squeak every time I got out of the car. The panoramic roof had to be fixed due to rattling. Headliner had to be removed twice due to rattling and in the process the headliner was scuffed up in multiple places. The car would pull to the right after only 3k miles. The tires were apparently to blame so those had to be replaced. The passenger front window rattles occasionally. The service department has taken care of most of the issues and the car itself is great to drive. So overall I'd recommend the vehicle, but with a warning that you may have some headaches getting some minor issues fixed.

I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

I don;t think there is a better SUV out there I drove tested the Cayenne, Jaguar F Pace Mercedes GL 550 and finally decided on the Q7 You get 7 seats over 5 for many contenders, it feels and drives like a 5 seats though. the GL550 is very comfy but feels like a bus compared to the Q7. The Q7 has so many tech features, room, power ... it's impossible to beat

Hello, my name is Craig N. from Riverside, Ca. Over the years, I have bought many cars, and trucks from various dealerships only to dread having to use/rely on their service departments. The reasons are many: poor customer service, incompetent and rude service members, always feeling rushed through the process, having only some of what I mentioned being addressed, being over charged for the repairs, being charged for unneeded repairs...etc...etc. Well, I have some good news- I finally discovered a dealership service department that is both fair and reliable, and doesn't practice such poor business tactics. I bought a used 2013 Smart Car for my son about one year ago. The car began to have problems shifting so I gave, "Walter's Automotive Group" of Riverside a call. From the get go, my call was promptly and professionally handled. I was put into contact with a service advisor named JR. Rodriguez. JR. was extremely polite (and most important-Patient). I told JR. this was my son's first car and that he was a college student with a very limited budget. JR. listened and understood the situation and felt the car simply needed a software update of $155.00. The car was ready the same day and the repair cost was exactly what was quoted. After driving the car for a while, it turned out the problem reoccurred, and the vehicle was brought back to the dealership. Upon inspection, the mechanics at Walters discovered it was a much more serious/costly problem than just the needed software update. JR. explained to me what was needed to repair the car, the cost, and the time needed to fix it. Feeling bad the initial software update didn't resolve the issue, JR. arranged to have the $155.00 along with an additional 10% be removed from the repair amount. JR also arranged for my son to have a 2016 Smart Car loaned out to him, at no additional cost, until all necessary repairs were completed. This is the kicker- when JR. called me about my son's car being ready for pick up, he also told me the repair bill would be nearly $100.00 less because their mechanic was able to do the repair sooner than previously thought! This was something I had never experienced before. When I first realized I was going to have my son's car fixed at a Mercedes dealership, I expected the worse. I was convinced the repairs were going to be expensive and that it would be a long time before the car would be repaired. Was I ever wrong! Not only were we treated as though we just bought the most expensive car in the place- JR. communicated with us throughout the entire repair process with all charges reflecting to the penny what JR. had originally quoted at the start. All-In-all, we saved over $300.00 on the repair, and we were never inconvenienced. For anyone interested in buying a Mercedes or Porsche, or even a Smart Car, I can't imagine a better place to go than Walter's. And for anyone wanting to have their vehicle repaired elsewhere after reading this, or not checking for themselves just how awesome this place is, is making a mistake. I HIGHLY recommend Walters Automotive Group, and even more so- JR Rodriguez as your go-to service adviser!!! Most Sincerely, Craig N. of Riverside Ca.

Traded in the Tahoe and got my new HD. Scott and John were great to work with. My wife and I got to have a nice lunch together and they took care of everything. We got back and truck was ready to go! They hooked up all the goodies and we drove off! Couldn???t be happier, got the truck I wanted, fast friendly easy going experience. Only problem was wife really liked the white convertible ZR1 camero on lot!😛

Look no further if you are seeking a luxury car at a great price with absolutely ZERO pressure....Auto Mall Collection is the only place to go! In the past, I have purchased cars exclusively at auctions and stayed clear of dealerships. I saw the luxury cars on the the lot of Auto Mall Collection and thought I would take a chance....what a great decision! I walked into Auto Mall Collection and was greeted by Joel. I told him I was looking for a BMW 535xi that was a few years old, low mileage (35-40 miles), one owner, and no accidents. Joel stated they did not have that car out on the lot in Peabody, however, he brought me over to speak with John, the Manager, and John went online to see if their Dedham, MA location had a car that met my requirements. John informed me they had a car in Dedham (2013 BMW535xi 36,000 miles and one year left on the BMW Manufacturer's Warranty) and they would be glad to bring it up to Peabody for me to test drive the car. I test drove it with Joel and the car ran beautifully, however, I noticed the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Without hesitation, Joel said we will replace those for you. I moved forward with purchasing the car and then brought the car to my mechanic to have him check out the car. He gave me the thumbs up on the car and congratulated me on purchasing a great car. Joel is the ultimate professional; knowledgeable, friendly, straight forward, not pushy at all and great on follow-through. He is very thorough and kept me apprised throughout the process (while new rotors and brake pads were being installed, they obtained new plates, registration etc.). The process did not feel like a process at all as things could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend AutoMall Collections in Peabody as the only place to go to purchase a luxury car.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. Most quiet in it's class!

The first time I drove a Q7 one of the first things I noticed was how quiet it was on the major and minor roads. I drove the 6 cylinder version first, and the power was instantly recognizable. I then drove the 4 cylinder turbo version and though it did not give me the power experience of the 6 it was more than enough of a performance for me. The stopping and starting in traffic I used the auto engine shutoff and it was almost undetectable to me. The smoothness of the gear box up and down through its range contributed to the smoothest ride I have ever experienced in an automobile.

I have taken the time to read some previous reviews, and lets face it Dory Saad is certainly competent, warm and welcoming, and overall an outstanding asset to Roger Jobs Motors Inc. If you happen to walk on the lot at Roger Jobs and Dory is first in line to assist you consider yourself blessed. My wife and I are missionaries and have travelled a very long way from California on assignment, to give back into the wonderful community of Bellingham by serving the lowly through sacrifice and with great generosity. Our current vehicle has aided in bringing us thus far only to notice our 2001 Nissan Sentra has slowly depleted and has made it extremely rough for us to carry out our purpose. It would be an inconvenience to make repairs on this vehicle as it is 15 years old and not worth the trouble. Thankfully we have come across Dory at Roger Jobs Motors and he has been extremely helpful and dedicated to making sure we find the right vehicle. His demeanor is one of a man with a righteous character, after some time spent in his presence I can sense that he really cares about making sure we get the right car. He has been entirely upfront and honest and this is something that is rare to come across, especially with auto dealers. When you experience the exceptional high quality service that Dory provides you can not help but wonder why this man is not the owner of his own personal dealership. We will receive our top of the line 2016 Audi Allroad shortly and have truly been blessed to receive Dory as our perfect car guide! We look forward to continuing on with Dory knowing that He is completely capable of ensuring that we receive exactly what is ours. This is a very room car. Holds 7 adults comfortably. It has nice acceleration on turns and even my friend who drives the big Mercedes truck noticed a smoother ride. The only negative comment... the cup holders in the driver console are too small and the mmi interface could be smaller. I don't have a place to sit my phone.
