We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. I had never owned or driven a European car until we just got this Audi Q7; these Geman cars are phenomenally well-designed and powerful. Some of the controls are so sophisticated that I’m still trying to figure out what some switches do. I recently drove a Chevy (temporarily) and it was a huge let-down to go from an Audi to a Chevy. I would love to buy American vehicles (and used to do so) but I was so sick of shoddy American quality and poor designs. I love Audi. (I hope Detroit can raise their anemic standards.)
Although we’ve only purchased our Audi a week ago, I’ve been nothing but pleased with our experience so far. Our salesmen Sebastian and Craig have been so accommodating and patient with our very busy schedule and Spencer in the service department is wonderful as well. I look forward to many years with Sewell.

Owned this car for almost 3 years. Had the same light go off multiple times which was a safety indicator (they would say they fixed it and it wasnt) new tires were $2,500 which is just lovely, then had 2 critical engine systems fail within days of each other. THEN, a month after the 2 check engine lights/fails, the A/C completely tanked out in the dead of the August heat. Was in the shop for 2 weeks as they had trouble locating the leak. Don't waste your money! It may be a sexy car, but it will constantly be in the shop.
Sebastian is a great asset to Audi Sugar Land. I have purchased many vehicles over the years but this was by far the best. His vast knowledge of the product, patience and dedication to the client reassured me that I was making the right decision. I highly recommend this salesperson and dealer.

This car has everything I wanted in the vehicle and meets all of my requirements. It has plenty of leg room in the front and back, as well as having plenty of space for cargo.
I had been thinking about Audis for a while but had never driven one. I decided to just drop by the Audi location near my job to take a peek & had no intentions on purchasing that day. I appreciated that I was not pounced on as soon as I walked through the doors of the Sewell dealership. When Sebastian approached me, he was an expert at letting me lead the conversation. His personality was gentle and warm. He listened to my desires and did not pressure me. He pulled down the exact car I wanted just because he took the time to listen. When I changed my mind on the color, Sebastian went out of his way to find the one I wanted! At the end of the day because of Sebastian's great service and a little negotiating with Cameron, I walked away in my brand new Sewell Audi. The atmosphere of the Sewell Audi was relaxing and everyone I passed smiled and acknowledged me. I had no buyers remorse and I have and will continue to recommend Sebastian as well as Sewell as this was one of the best car shopping experiences I have had. Thank you Sebastian!
Already been stranded twice

I have owned this car for just under a year. In that time, it shut down while driving and would not restart on TWO separate occasions. After being towed to the dealership, the vehicle started and they were not able to determine the cause. Audi will not consider a ’buy back’ since the dealership could not duplicate the problem. I am left wondering when and where I will be stranded again. Hopefully it’s in a safe place.

My salesperson was Ty, and he was so inviting and accommodating! Walking into the dealership I felt like I was high priority and extremely high class! When I couldn't leave the dealership with my vehicle the day I went he drove it all the way to me in Lake Charles, Louisiana once I was able to get them everything they needed. Even months after purchasing my vehicle I still got texts and thank you letters in the mail from Ty checking on me!! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!!
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.

Driving this vehicle makes me feel safe, in control and above all is very comfortable for the long trips. The Q will make any bad weather driving effortless. Passenger in the back seat feel like they are in a limo with reclining heated seats they are. Every drive is a fun drive regardless if it is for work, towing the boat or snowmobile or visiting mu daughter 500km away
Trevor was great. Took his time making sure i was happy with everything from start to finish.

This is my 3rd Audi Q7 and it is a wonderful automobile. It's the quietest car I've ever owned and it is a pleasure to drive. While I've only had the car 3 weeks, I can already predict that it will be a car I will keep for a long time. I just read the Consumer Reports review of this car and they gave it an overall rating of 90, which is the highest CR rating I've seen over the past 5 years, other than the original rating for the Tesla 3.

My very first car was an Audi 100 LS in 1984 and I loved that car! I owed a lot of VWs after that which I also loved but at this time in my life I decided I need more luxury and comfort without giving up style. The Audi Q7 meets all those requirements and more.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask

The Q7 definitely met my expectations. The price was a bit high but you can't put a price on safety & reliability. The cockpit takes awhile to get use to its features but im learning as I go along. Not used to having so many options and buttons on an suv. All it needs is to drive itself and we're set. 3rd row is a bit snug but roomier than the lexus rx350L
Sent an email via the Cars.com system, got an automated email that they rec'd the email, and then a few days later another automated email from the GM (?) of the dealership to see if the salesman had contacted me. I replied that I was interested in the car but didn't hear back. I'm NOT a local to their area so maybe they dismiss those requests.
I made the deal with Wade via email—he was prompt in his responses and made it very easy! He handed off to Chase who met me at the airport and in a matter of a several hours I was driving my vehicle to Minnesota!!
