Our time at Audi Mentor was short. After finding the right car to purchase, we had an associate come out to help. He was helpful but seemed uninterested as he had another buyer arrive halfway through the interaction and left us. Not much wiggle room on the price.

Great car for many reasons, performance, quality, comfort. Feels safe at any speed in all conditions. Technology is great once you figure out how to use it all. Love the performance the best, this car handles great for its size.
No wash, no vac, and dusty footprints all over the driver side mat. Not what I expected. I left sewickley and got about the same level of mediocre service.

Had been driving a GL550, the Audi Q7 far exceeds that car!! It is sturdier, handles excellent, better in the snow and has great technology. Very comfortable and has plenty of room for luggage, skis, extra passengers (in the third row), etc.
Steve is amazing, simply amazing. He brought the cars to us so we could try them at home (hard to carve time to test drive with two young kids). He also guided us through the entire process to make sure we were getting what we wanted and could afford. Refreshing in the car buying process.
Jonh in service, along with other staff are terrific! I love this dealership, they have serviced my car for 12 years and never was I ever disappointed. Had my Q7 serviced on 11/26 at Audi Bedford OH. Purchased a 2018 A5 from Bedford. The Good: Terrel was easy to work with, no pressure. Sales manager gave me additional cash off. The Bad: No second key on a CPO. This should not have happened, told they have to order one then drive my car 75 miles back to dealership to program key. Finally, paper work never handed to me, still waiting after 1 week. Love the car, but buying experience was average at best. Too many details fell between the cracks.
I felt the team was very friendly, but not all team members were personable. Some of the conversations to pass time didn't feel sincere. Also,process for financing took much longer than anticipated. But wasn't terrible. Otherwise, the overall experience was cool. Facility was worthy of the Audi badging.
My family and I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Quest from Audi of Lexington. We were very impressed by the high quality of customer service. Our salesperson, McCall Davis, was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that our experience was as smooth and positive as possible. Everyone we encountered was good-natured and treated me, and my family, very well. They even have a play-area for children, a most welcome amenity for us since we were car shopping with our family in tow. All in all, we drove off the lot feeling appreciated and most of all happy with our new vehicle.
Richard from the online sales department offered the best service. He made my buying experiance very smooth with out any pressure to buy.
