We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. When I walked into the facility, it was clean, bright, and very inviting. I was approached by a friendly Brand Specialist, Joane Dede, who proceeded to do an excellent job in selling me a vehicle. He answered all of my questions, and I asked tons of them!! During the buying process I dealt with other members of the staff, and they were all top tier. Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I am going to college and I needed a car. My dad told me to do a research online and found cars.com. After just a couple of minutes I found MY PERFECT option and called North Audi Houston to get more information regarding the vehicle. Will picked up the phone, and from his very first words, I perceived their EXCELLENT customer service. When we test drove the car we noticed that the seat belts and rug were a little dirty. Most finance paperwork done online and final signing at the dealership was quick and easy. Vehicle detailed nicely, full tank of gas, and all features explained and set up for us.
