I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced.
Saw the truck online. Drove 2 hours to test drive it. My salesman,Kevin, didn’t pressure me to buy it that day. Most sales people do. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Thank you Kevin for working with me to get me into the truck within the budget I had. I’m highly satisfied with my purchase and experience with R&R Auto.
Working with Huber’s was incredibly easy, and well worth the 5-hour drive. They went above and beyond and more than you’d ever expect from a used car dealer to make the Q7 we’d been looking for absolutely perfect and in tip-top condition.

After my car was totaled during a snow storm, I was undecided on how I was going to replace it. I searched for several days and was leaning toward a certain option, when I happened to find the exact make and model of car that I wrecked at Warwick Autopark, but one model year newer and with 30,000 fewer miles than my old car. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and very fair with their price so the same day I test drove it, I was able to sign the paperwork and put it in my garage. When we are ready to replace my wife's car, I know where we will start our search.

Like for most folks buying a car, it sometimes isn't one of life's pleasures, however it should be! Anthony made the entire process smooth and without drama. He provided excellent service and found us the right vehicle. From the greeting at the door to signing the final papers nothing but transparency. Over the 4 hours at the dealership, Anthony answered all of our questions and explained the many features of the Q5. At least 3 times he asked us if we wanted something to drink and because it was over the lunch hour, even offered to buy us something at Wawa. Great focus on the customer... My wife and I were overly pleased by Anthony's professional , non pushy approach. We are looking forward to driving our new Q5. Thanks Anthony!!!
My husband and I went to look at the Audi's. It was just a whim we actually were headed to the BMW dealership. We were greeted by salesman Anthony Vecera within minutes of stepping onto the lot . Anthony said lets go into the show room and talk. Of course, I kind of said to myself here we go. To my surprise we sat down and Anthony said ok folks, tell me what are your needs ? I want to find the right car for your needs. We spoke for a while then Anthony showed us cars on line . That took us to the next step of test driving the cars. I never once felt my needs where not answered and addressed. NO LIP SERVICE HERE. I was shocked!!! At 50 something this was hands down the best car experience I have ever had.. Not only did Anthony go above and beyond. We felt everyone we met did as well. Bc of this we ended up purchasing the Q5 with Audi Allentown 10/31/18. I look forward to going into the newly built dealership and seeing the truly friendly faces employed at Audi Allentown. I would highly recommend AUDI ALLENTOWN.

I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
My shopping experience was outstanding. Everyone is extremely friendly and Neal is an outstanding sales person. Dealership is very clean and everyone is willing to go out of their way to give you an experience to remember.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I did an 100 mile search for a specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found the newest model, with low miles and cheapest price at CarSense. I called and made an appointment with Mike Hallman. Mike was great to deal with and was very helpful with providing information. My experience consisted of the following:
- The car was practically brand new with very low mileage.
- The price was the best within a 100 mile radius.
- I was genuinely surprised by the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I'm use to getting low-balled on trade-in's not MORE that I expected!
- Test drove the car and committed to the purchase. Mike searched several financial institutions and got me a great rate.
- In and out of the dealership in record time.
Just a great experience all around. I feel that I got a great deal. No haggling on the price or trade-in removes the stress from the process. I guess it helps when the price and trade-in are generous and fair. I would recommend CarSense to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By the crowd of people at the dealership, I think many people would agree with me!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
