Back story: I met Michael at another Porsche dealership years ago when I was looking for my first P-car. Always wanted a 911 stick.. but feeling my enthusiasm for driving, Michael gave me the keys to Boxster S - both PDK and manual and let my wife and I take it for a drive while he watched my then 7 year old (let the parenting criticisms begin.) Needless to say, I was sold on that car. Mid engine rotation... PDK banging shifts... Sublime... I digress... Long story short. I was introduced to the track and now need a tow vehicle for the Boxster. Michael had since changed dealerships to Warrington Sloane Porsche. So I tracked him down. He sourced me a 2017 CPO Cayenne S with extremely low miles as a suitable specimen. The car is mint. Perfect. I needed not run around on a wild goose chase - Michael took care of me getting the right car the right price. He gave me a great deal and above all, spent the time to create a lasting relationship. Just like he did years ago. He's not in it for the kill. He takes his time. He does customer service right - the way it should be - by building long term relationships to a top notch luxury brand. Like for most folks buying a car, it sometimes isn't one of life's pleasures, however it should be! Anthony made the entire process smooth and without drama. He provided excellent service and found us the right vehicle. From the greeting at the door to signing the final papers nothing but transparency. Over the 4 hours at the dealership, Anthony answered all of our questions and explained the many features of the Q5. At least 3 times he asked us if we wanted something to drink and because it was over the lunch hour, even offered to buy us something at Wawa. Great focus on the customer... My wife and I were overly pleased by Anthony's professional , non pushy approach. We are looking forward to driving our new Q5. Thanks Anthony!!!
My husband and I went to look at the Audi's. It was just a whim we actually were headed to the BMW dealership. We were greeted by salesman Anthony Vecera within minutes of stepping onto the lot . Anthony said lets go into the show room and talk. Of course, I kind of said to myself here we go. To my surprise we sat down and Anthony said ok folks, tell me what are your needs ? I want to find the right car for your needs. We spoke for a while then Anthony showed us cars on line . That took us to the next step of test driving the cars. I never once felt my needs where not answered and addressed. NO LIP SERVICE HERE. I was shocked!!! At 50 something this was hands down the best car experience I have ever had.. Not only did Anthony go above and beyond. We felt everyone we met did as well. Bc of this we ended up purchasing the Q5 with Audi Allentown 10/31/18. I look forward to going into the newly built dealership and seeing the truly friendly faces employed at Audi Allentown. I would highly recommend AUDI ALLENTOWN.
Bo was by far the best car salesperson I have dealt with in my years of experience. The same can be said of the dealership. Bo was honest, helpful, clear in communicating the facts, prompt and amazingly accommodating. He even followed up a week after the purchase to make sure we were enjoying the car he sold us!! If you shop at this dealership and fortunate enough to deal with Bo - expect to get the best price on the car, amazing customer service, no sleazy tactics, and professional/accommodating attitude. The staff at Porsche of Warrington was fantastic to work with...they were prompt, attentive, honest, and eager to serve. I have been an auto industry executive for more than 20 years, so I am extremely demanding and knowingly hard to please. They far exceeded my expectations on many levels. I love the new SUV and will totally travel from VA to buy from them in the future.
