Great Deal and Great Customer Service

I never expected the car buying process to be this easy. First of all, Ramzi was great. He really knows his cars and genuinely seems to care about what's best for you. I never felt any sales pitch or pressure and he gave me space look at my own pace. He even let me take a test drive by myself for as long as I wanted. When it came to negotiating the price, this was totally unexpected. I came in with a price that I thought was fair, got some quotes from other dealerships through Truecar.com, and was not planning to go above that price. So what happened? I got an offer LESS than what I was hoping to get and was given an additional $1500 off because I had a competitor's car. The car wasn't going to be ready for a couple weeks, so Ramzi looked to see if he could get me one sooner. He found one but it had some extra upgrades, but gave it to me anyway for the same price! I still had to wait a week, but the next day I got a call saying they had the same car available that day, but it's an S-line (another upgrade), but they would keep the same price. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day, so what did they do? They brought the car to my home 2 hours later, driving into the city in rush hour traffic. I mean, who does that? By the way, I love my Audi and it is everything and more than I ever wanted in a car.
