Prestige Imports has been my go-to since the first time they serviced my car. They always have a loaner car to lend me, my appointment is always scheduled within a couple days, I have always been greeted as soon as I walk in, and they are the only people I trust with my Audi. The service has always been above and beyond.
Jim Page is not your typical salesman. He is all about the relationship! Jim is a person who cares, and shows it over and over and over again. I had called and worked with 5 different Audi dealerships. I was so uncomfortable with the high stress pushy salesperson and none of them listened to what I wanted in a car! I drove all the way from Tucson, AZ because of Jim's caring, excellent and timely service, and ability to deliver what he said he could. I am still so impressed with Jim! Being in sales myself gives me even greater appreciation! I'll never go to anyone else again to buy my car!
I have nothing but good things to say about Audi Flatirons and the staff there. They went above and beyond to help me get into an amazing car. Jim Page in Sales was personable, professional, and kind - by far the most pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with. He made the car buying process easy for me - even going so far as to call me after I bought the car to make sure everything was going ok. Shane in Finance took the time to go back over my loan (after I had purchased the car) to secure me a different loan with a better rate, and again, was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I had to drive through the mountains the other day when it was a giant CF. The interstate was closed and opened throughout the day because of weather conditions and bonehead drivers. I am used to driving in the snow, but my new car handled even better than I expected. It was like I was driving on another surface than everyone else. Slaloming through cars not moving or sliding backwards on Vail Pass and the same up the west approach to Eisenhower Tunnel. This car is all it is promoted to be, most excellent.
Prestige Imports has always been the go-to service center for my Porsche GT3. I trust their service and feel the car is well taken care of there. It is always great to see and deal with Dave Stribling, who is a true professional and knowledgeable Porsche expert. I have nothing but great things to say about Sameer and my experience buying at Audi Flatirons. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was professional and not pushy at all. I really appreciated that Sameer listened to me and addressed what I wanted and any concerns I had. I live up in the mountains, and they were very accommodating of my schedule. I was coming off of a bad experience at my local Audi dealer. Katie O???neill Promised to make me forget about it, and she did. I could go on all day about Audi Flatirons and Katie. The best part was that there were no games. I was given an excellent first offer, and I took it. Behind games, my second least favorite part of buying a car is all the waiting. Usually it is a linear process. Each department finishes their task, and then you move to the next. Katie orchestrated all the departments, and multiple things were happening simultaneously. I don???t think I sat unattended for more then 5 minutes combined. Usually I feel like I need a Silkwood decontamination shower after buying a car. At Audi Flatirons that wasn???t the case. I highly recommend Audi Flatirons and Katie O???neill.
Our service advisor was Jordon who was very good. He was truly helpful and engaging. This has not always been the case with other advisors. Our maintenance was a yearly service that was taken care of in a quick and timely manner. We were called when the service was complete. When we picked the vehicle up it was ready and waiting and freshly washed.
Our biggest concern with this dealership is that it is way to small to handle the volume of service that it performs.
My wife and I visited Flatirons Audi on a whim and were fortunate to be matched up with Jim Page shortly after arriving. We knew Audi was a good car, but didn' know much more about Audi in any detail. Jim did an amazing job educating us about the quality of Audi in a non-pressure manner. He was patient and took his time allowing us to ask many questions and became a friend during our car purchasing process.
I had just moved to Denver, and knew I needed a car. I searched for about a month trying to find a car that was the best fit for me. During the last days, of my research, I saw this wonderful 2003 BMW Z4 3.0L. I saw that the price was great for the car, so decided to contact the dealer. Fortunately I fell in the hands of Jim Page, a very kind and helpful person, probably the most accommodating and supportive salesman I've ever met. Not having a car and living far from Audi Flatirons, Jim offered me a ride back home, the day that I went to test drive the car, and also offered to bring me to Audi Flatirons the day that I was going to buy the car. This demonstrates the level of kindness and care that Jim gives to his costumers. He is definitely the greatest.
I only stopped by at Audi Flatirons to drive a pre-owned SUV, but I was so impressed that I decided to write a review. First of all, the show room architecture his cool, modern and beautiful , and itself is worth a visit, not to mention the displayed Audis. The sales person, Jensen was courteous, and could not have made the experience better. As usual nowadays, the manager, Chad came to meet me briefly after the test drive, also no pressure and friendly . The pre- owned SUV I drove was evidently well inspected and maintenance up to date. I highly recommend this dealership.
My car came in for a windshield replacement. Ethan even talked to the insurance claims agent and convinced her to have the replacement done by Prestige with Porsche parts rather than having it sourced out to some other firm ( without knowledge of all the various sensor items that need to be hooked up and recalibrated ).
