Experience was more than I could ask for. Mike Boden was on point and a great partner in getting me into the car I wanted. The premises are very welcoming and the staff courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.
I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.
Aaron went beyond his duty to help me purchase my dream car. His friendliness and calm personality is a winner. He took the time to show me all the features of the car and in fact followed up via phone calls a few times to make sure things were ok after the purchase. He is keeper!!
All was fine but never get the inspection reset from computer cause I don???t do oil change on dealer, even we spend so much money on every service we need and I service the car few times in the past, where is the courtesy ?
considering I'm not a fan of car dealerships and the whole look at a car, haggle over price and consume large chunks of my time. However, Ronnie Rangel made my experience a great one., we were able to work out a deal for the vehicle of my interest in less than 40mins.... employees like Ronnie Rangel can change the car dealership world for many people like me myself, that have little patience for the process!!!!!!!

The salesperson was extremely professional and courteous.
The dealership is immaculate and the entire team is friendly and professional.
I have already given Stans name to a few friends. Great experience and much different

John and Lou always take great care of me and do a thorough job of explaining the various ins and outs of what's happening with my car. Driving from Branchburg to your shop I know I pass a ton of other olaces that car work on my vehicle but, I'm always happy to make the trek when it comes to good customer service and repair work. Thanks guys!
Went to check out a used Audi Q7. Also test drove a 2018 Audi Q7. Levani was our salesperson and he was excellent very knowledge and kind and worked with us in every way. Unfortunately we did not buy but if going to Audi Manhattan ask for him.
I cannot say enough good things about Audi Manhattan Service. More than once I was burned by my Long Island Dealer, and Manhattan Audi came through every time, from replacing a missing part to making maintenance and convenient and easy as possible. I have not experienced better service at any car dealership.
I've been with Audi and my service manager a long time. Lou Bartello (sorry for spelling) has always been great and helped me identify a manufacturing defect/service issue with brake pad material used on new Q7 and took care of setting up replacement. Thanks for your help and service.
