I've never experienced service like this from a car dealership. I'm still in shock and I bought the car 3 days ago! Alex, was truly committed to making sure I walked out with a great car that wouldn't break the bank. I never financed a car before in my life, so I didn't have good credit to finance. Alex, called around and worked out a deal, 4 hours later I financed my first car and drove home a fully loaded 2016 Ford Explorer. Walking into a dealership being a female is very intimidating, but I didn't feel that way at Platinum Autohaus. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Alex!!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, firstname.lastname@example.org late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.
The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure my experience was top of the line. Everyone represented Audi well and made sure to enhance the feeling and luxury of not only the vehicle, but the brand. Everything from the presentation to my treatment was in a grand scale. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I would return for another future purchase hair because of these guys!!!
Tred was a great experience,for the test drive they had the owner of the car come meet me and he showed me the car and comfortably let me drive the car however I wanted. It was one of the best car experiences I’ve had!!!

I got my C5 Z06 from MDK international. I couldn't believe my eyes when I found a 1K mile Corvette Z06. A 15 years old "brand new" vette and the price was very competitive. Purchased the car with 2 day return policy and had it checked by my Chevy dealer. The guys at Chevy said "this is the cleanest older corvette they've ever seen". Result!
I have been in the market for a 2017 Nissan GT-R for a few months, both new and/or used. I visited local Nissan dealerships with some slightly used GT-Rs that should be mint, but they were all beat up (curb rash, scuff marks, scratches, front lip damage, etc). I shopped around online for new ones within 500 miles and none of the Nissan dealers would work with me on pricing. They would not budge at all!
I finally decided to check out an independent dealer and found CJ Auto Group. The dealership was small, but the quality of the cars they have on their lot are all clean, high end vehicles. This is where I found a very clean pearl white 2017 GT-R with only 5200 miles! David and Solo were both easy to work with. Best of all, they were willing to work with me on pricing on what I thought was a fair deal.
If you're in the market slightly used but high end cars, do yourself a favor and check out CJ Auto Group!!
